Moritz Kia of Hurst is terrific! I brought my 2020 Telluride in for routine maintenance and Martin was great. The same week We picked up our new 2027 Telluride Hybrid and Devin did a fantastic job throughout the entire sales process from showing us the different lines to explaining the features when we took delivery. This is the second car we’ve purchased through Moritz Kia of Hurst and we will definitely use them in the future when shopping for a new car.

I had been shopping around multiple Kia dealerships online and over the phone, and no one came close to the level of service Josh Sanchez provided. I told him which vehicle I was interested in, and the same day he had them pulled up, started, and text me detailed videos. He listened to my budget, understood what I wanted in a new vehicle, and never once tried to push me into something else. None of the other dealerships I had communicated with did this—they just repeated what I could already read online and tried to get me in the door. When I scheduled an appointment, my friend and I accidentally went to the wrong Moritz location. The experience there was disappointing—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and then someone ran out offering $500 off if we stayed. Absolutely not. Josh had already earned our trust, so we drove another 30 minutes to see him specifically. I test‑drove the first vehicle (2025 K4) but wasn’t impressed with the CVT engine after coming from a 270HP Acura. I mentioned I liked the K5 in the showroom, but Josh knew my budget and instead found a K4 Turbo that had just arrived. It had the power I wanted, and after telling him a few more features I hoped for, he recommended the K4 GT Line Turbo with the Tech Package—still within my price range. No pressure, no upselling, just honest guidance. My new vehicle is being transferred from another dealership, so I don’t have it yet, but I can confidently say this was the best car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. Huge shoutout to Josh, Ty in financing, and Samantha at the front desk for making everything smooth and enjoyable!

I have been a Customer of Moritz Hurst since around 2010-2011? I have never had any problems here until recently. The most recent was on 4-27-2026. I called to set an appointment to have my 2025 KIA Sportage Ex looked at die to the Air-conditioner all at once making a loud noise. It dated when I called and the young lady that answered the phone. I explained I needed the Aervice Department. She asked me do you want their number? I asked if she could transfer me due to me not having a pen readily available. The phone sounded as if she laid it down. Around 2 mins later she gets back in and say “can you write the number down”? I I located a pen. I called the service department. Let the phone ring for approximately 20-30 times. I hung up. I called back a few minutes later and a lady answered the phone and asked how she could help. I explained everything to her and she keep telling me well, you will have to leave your vehicle and make an appointment etc.she stated they will have to run a diagnostic test. I said ok I can wait for that. She said no you have to make an appointment to leave your vehicle. She said it may be several days because they were busy. I explained that this was my only vehicle and I just wanted to stop. She said let me transfer you to a service advisor! I believed I was speaking with a service advisor. A total run around man. I left a message with my name phone number and what I was wanting. 1:15 the following day (4-28-2026) no call or anything. This is one of the reasons I went to Grandbury KIA in 2024 to buy my Sportage Ex. They didn’t want to work with me in 2024. After a couple of hours on the phone with a great salesperson at Grandbury KIA, I picked my car up the very next day (Saturday) nonissues. At this point it may be worth driving all the way to Grandbury to do my business from here on.
