Moritz Kia really impressed us from the very first call

Moritz Kia really impressed us from the very first call with Kyle (our very knowledgeable salesperson) to a phone discussion with Nate (the Pre-owned Director) to work out our numbers, to a warm onsite greeting and test drive, then a visit with Danny (in F&I) and driving home in our Telluride! Everything was perfect. One return trip to reboot the info system and we were back on the road! We truly felt the Moritz family values through every step, and now we feel part of the Moritz family for life! This should be the pleasant experience everyone has when purchasing a vehicle. While there at the dealership we met several other couples who had all had a similar great experience and they all felt the same way about Moritz Kia and the Moritz family... and they all bought Tellurides! Great experiences all around! We love this place and highly recommend Moritz Kia to everyone!

My car was sent in for service due to a recall on a part

My car was sent in for service due to a recall on a part of the engine which directly affected me because my car wouldn’t work due to this issue. My car was sent to the service center on August 28th and I didn’t receive it back until October 29th. No communication was shared until about 1-2 weeks before the car was returned though myself and the management of my dealership constantly checked for updates we kept getting told to wait 2 weeks. I only received updates because I finally reached someone who cared and followed up as promised. 2 months without the car I pay for is completely unreasonable and I’m very disappointed with the service I received especially knowing other Kia owners who got the same issue fixed within days.
