Dealt honestly. Decent price on used van. Had follow up on some plate issue and they shipped them to me. Cashier Office was friendly and sales man called... back promptly.
I purchased a used vehicle from these people and not an hour after driving it off the lot it broke down. There was no history of accidents reported and... no reported damages on the carfax report. Car was only 6 years old with less than 90k miles on it. I took the car to them and after they made me wait and hour, they told me to take it to a dealer that specializes in its make as it was not a Chevy. I took it to the suggested dealer and was told there was sludge in the engine and enough damage to the vehicle to make it cost more than three times it’s worth to fix. This was all in the course of three days after I bought it. After not getting my calls returned for three more days I went there in person. They told me I bought it as is and that I should have done more research. They did not care that I almost died in the lemon they sold me. At first they we’re going to put me in another vehicle. I had to bring the car back to them so they can confirm the damages. Funny, after telling me to take it to another dealer to service it they were able to tell me the car was actually fine and that the other dealer was dealer was being dramatic. They told me the sludge in the engine was there, but that it can be expected from age and not to use any cleaning products on the car. They have back the lemon and told me to just change the oil more frequently. The car died again on its way to the storage unit I now have to keep it until I pay off the title. The warranty I paid extra for will not cover the vehicle due to the cause of its damages being from neglect. These people do not care about the quality of their products or the lives of their vulnerable customers. They only care about your money. Stay away.
I called about a used car and they said it just went to auction. Over a month later it was still listed at the dealership. But I saw another vehicle I... liked online there so against my better judgement I called about it. The lady was a little rude but she took my info down and never called back as promised. I read these other comments about bait and switch and am guessing that’s what’s going on. You’re better off shopping elsewhere.

2010 suburban listed on true car and cars.com for $7600. I live out of state so I got my confirmation over the internet, salesman's name,number... call... him tell him if its everything you say it is , I'll take it. Put a deposit on my credit card and I'll be there tomorrow, dealer prep it and when I get there I'll give you cash! 4 salesman and a manager later they jack the price of the car up $3000 telling me they put a GPS on it. I'm paying cash, why would you put that on my car ? Long story short, now they can't find the suburban, nobody will call me back, BEWARE , ITS A SCAM, FROM A CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!

Chad and Mike helped and convinced me to purchase the vehicle I came for UNTIL it was time to sign the paperwork with the finance manager. They tacked... on a $3000 Xzilon protection plan that was NEVER explained to me hoping I wouldn’t catch it. They claimed it was “added to the VIN when the vehicle was delivered to them and cannot be removed”. In actuality it is an optional vehicle protection plan that is sold at THEIR dealership which I DID NOT agree to. They said the most they can do is take off $750. Their manager, whom also did not disclose the protection plan with me, had a nonchalant attitude as if there was no problem with the last second up-charge. He told me I don’t have to purchase the vehicle and I can get out or he will have me escorted out due to my frustration. Next day they took the vehicle off all their listings and reposted it for an increased price. Long story short they lost a guaranteed sale and I would not recommend to go there even if it was your last resort!
Very non-responsive to email inquiries. Finally got back to me a week or more later, when I had already moved on to a different dealership. It’s 2019,... if you can’t do business over email good luck doing business.
Wasted an entire day dealing with this dealership over a used car. I offered to pay the full online asking price. Found out that they were trying to... add a $595 "used car fee" (on top of tax, title, and license). Nowhere on the site is this fee disclosed. I told them it was a deal breaker, so they said they would remove it. Hours later when trying to complete the deal salesman Chris B told me that the best they could was discount the fee to $375. Unfortunately this experience is what makes it tough for the good dealerships.
