Mr Rick Nelson

Back in January we brought our odyssey Van in for a oil change. About 15 minutes after we left my wife opened the glove box and found that they had broken the plunger arm and had just left it laying in there. We went back and reported it. It took about a month and half before they got the part in to fix it. Last weekend 8-19- 2o17 we decided to swap over to a k&n cabin filter. I pulled up a video on youtube to see how to replace. I was surprised to find that after waiting a month and half and then waiting at the dealership about hour for them to put the part on it was still missing. The plunger arm was never replaced. Makes me wonder what other work that we have paid for them to do that they didn't do. We have been doing business with them for over 10 years if not longer. There is no excuse for not fixing a part that they broke in the first place. Rick Nelson

2015 Buick Lacrosse

Great folks to do business with. Great deal on my Lacrosse and even sent a diver to pick up my father and I when his vehicle broke down taking me to the dealership! I recommend!!

Well worth the drive from Trussville.

I talked to Blake Mathews, Salesman, over the phone and went to visit the next day. Blake was super nice. Also, met the new car sales manager, Mr. Coker, and the owner. I would recommend Jasper of Honda if you are looking for a new Honda. I had gone to 2 dealerships in Birmingham, visiting one of them 2 times and could not buy from either. Well worth the drive from Trussville to Jasper. I feel like I got the best deal possible and saved money by making the drive to Honda of Jasper.

Best Honda Dealer in Greater Birmingham

Honda of Jasper and Shonya are 100% pros. They gave me a great deal on my trade on got us into a new Pilot. Well worth the drive from Trussville.

I just bought my second Honda Civic from Blake Moore at Honda of Jasper. Blake was easy to work with and very informative. In fact, the entire staff there made me feel welcome and appreciated. I love my new car!

Happy with Honda

All of the employees were very nice and friendly. My salesman was Blake Moore and he was very attentive and knowledgeable about all of my questions. He did a fine job showing me all of the features of the 2017 Honda Civic. I was very pleased. Also, when I returned a few days later to have the spoiler installed, Walt Ackerman did a great job and the installation was completed much sooner than was estimated. Scott Vines was also great to work with, as he did all the paperwork. All in all, my visits and purchasing went smoothly with everyone that I encountered, and all were super friendly.

Thank you Shonya and Friends!!!

After much research I started test driving vehicles to replace a Hyundai Tuscon with 201K miles... she was tired! I returned to Shonya at Honda of Jasper because of a prior positive experience. She (and Ray) are most knowlegeable about their products and were able to answer my questions. They gave me a set of numbers to review which included a very fair trade for my car. I felt ZERO pressure to make a decision that day. Once I reached my decision later the following week, Shonya was able to get the vehicle I wanted and I drove her home Saturday. The entire experience.. from test driving through financing (thank you Daryl) and Shonya's extreme patience while explaining the technology aspects of my new car was not only positive but was actually fun!!! We were treated like family....Thank you Shonya and team...

Sales experience

I have now purchased 3 new Honda"s from Blake Moore and Honda of Jasper. Great experience each time. The latest one was delivered to my home with the red carpet style experience. I would highly suggest you checking with Blake before you buy anywhere else.

2016 Honda CR-V SE

I was in the market for a new crv. Jim Collier was the awesome salesman that took care of us. I highly reccomend Jim Collier because he was very respectful, professional,friendly and not one bit pushy! Dealership was tidy and everyone involved were very nice.
