This was by far one of the worst customer service

This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We had concerns about a questionable authorization done by management for repairs. It took us several hours to be seen by anybody, and when the manager Weis finally came to talk to us he was condescending, dismissive, and instead of working with us towards a solution he told us, “File a complaint with the California Bureau of Automotive Repairs” and promptly left the office without saying anything else. This was done in front of staff and customers. This behavior is appalling and we will not be returning. I recommend everyone avoid this dealership at all costs. EDIT: Additional information regarding repair authorizations. According to staff and management anyone can authorize repair charges, they do not confirm who they are talking to on the phone, and the legal registered owner has to explicitly tell staff that they want to be the only person authorizing charges or else anyone can authorize on your behalf without your knowledge! Beware!

Trenton was our Sales Representative.

Trenton was our Sales Representative. Very, very hard working, smart, energetic, and HONEST young man. He also owns a Hyundai. Over the course of three days, he helped guide my wife and I to the best deal. He also used to work for Tracy Hyundai and was able to help me avoid pitfalls and "unseen charges." (He pointed it out to me on their Website.) They were also more competitively priced that a 3rd dealer Hyundai dealer I researched. We were not easy customers, but he never flinched. Trenton is very professional and no pressure. Highly recommend this place!

After being pre approved for a vehicle, we drove 2 hours

After being pre approved for a vehicle, we drove 2 hours to this dealership to finalize everything and pick it up. After the initial paperwork was filled out my family drove back home while I waited for the only finance person to finish the paperwork with me. After waiting a total of 3 hours, I was then informed that they would not accept the check my wife wrote for the down payment, a check that was filled out in the presence of the salesperson. They would not take payment with credit card because they will only charge a maximum of $5,000 per day. Because of both of these policies I had to pay for a 2 hour Uber ride back home. These people deserve negative stars.

Verily, the recent acquisition of mine, a carriage of modern guise, hath led me to forsake its troubles and seek solace in the wings of a flying chariot bound for the City of Angels, to escape the dubious practices of the Bay Area merchants. Forsooth, these purveyors of vehicular wares did afflict upon me a grievous burden, by affixing unto the price an abundance of superfluous additions—sticker identifications, remote monitors, seat and paint protections, and mysterious ceramics—none of which mine heart did desire, yet all embedded within the exorbitant price, surpassing even the MSRP. Even should I have overcome this vexatious practice, I found myself engaged in a protracted battle of wits with the merchant and his alleged manager, haggling for nigh unto two or three hours, only to be ushered into the company of the financier, who sought to persuade me of the inferiority of mine newly acquired chariot without his extended warranty! But lo, I recount my encounter with Dublin Hyundai! There, mine salesman, a certain Nate Andish, did adhere to the sage advice of the ancients, employing two ears for every one mouth, and did attend to my queries with due diligence, eschewing the artifice of embellishment or the ancient tactic of inquiring of my desired monthly payment. Instead, he graciously acquiesced to my request for a trial voyage and presented unto me a resolute quotation. Having perused offerings from sundry merchants, I sought the fairest bargain, and verily, Dublin Hyundai matched the most favorable valuation for mine trade, arranging even for the expeditious exchange of chariots with a distant merchant to accommodate my preferences in interior hue and features. I shall indeed return to this noble establishment, and commend it unto my kith and kin!

Buy your next Hyundai somewhere else.

Very bad. Deceitful and dishonest. Paid for new Elantra in full and then was told they weren’t going to sell car to me. They probably had someone come along and offer a dollar more.

Best experience ever!

Best car buying experience I have ever had! Luke and Abe rolled out the red carpet and really made me feel like my needs mattered and they took excellent care of me I will definitely be back here!

Disgusting

Awful bait and switch not once but twice. They don't sell what they advertize. I made two offers, only to be told they hade bad luck. First time vehicle was 'hit' in parking lot, next time delivery driver was in an accident. Total bait and switch. I'll never do business with this company or any affiiates.

Website has deals that are not real

The sales guys try to play silly games when the website clearly mentions a certain pricing. You will hear them say the car got sold just now and the current prices are double of what is quoted on the site.

Turned our heads and earned our business!

At first, when we decided to buy new Hyundais Santa Fe and Sonata -,our leases were up on our 2014's - we fully intended to purchase from the previous dealer we had been working with for many years. Our first attraction to Dublin Hyundaiwas the extraordinarily large selection of vehicles. Once we arrived on the lot we were immediately impressed with its overall professional standards, attractive, well appointed and clean showroom facilities. The consumer amenities also helped keep our little boy occupied so we could focus on the task at hand. We were immediately greeted - not in the typical hungry salesman manner - by a sincere and genuine associate - Sayed Sadaat - who was gracious, and attentive throughout the process from start to finish. Beyond that, we took note that the team worked together and the attending manager on duty - Abraham - was also patient and transparent as we discussed our objectives, negotiated terms and finalized selections. Even at closing - which is never fun - found the experience quick, easy and without any unexpected upsales or closing pressure. The price we agreed to was what we paid. Walk out the door - whala - car was detailed, keys handed and whatelse? Here is a free voucher to go fill up your tank at a nearby gas station. It is clear that whoever owns and operates Dublin Hyundai understands and values customer service, team work and maintains a positive work environment. It is reflected in all the employees from start to finish. Thank you Sayed and Abe - you earned our business and we will make sure others know!

Best Deal I could find local to me and on the internet within 75 miles. called the number posted, talked with Abraham (sales manager)Thursday then Zack (salesman)scheduled a test drive Zack (Saturday)they all treated us with respect no pressure. numbers changed a bit from initial contact with Abraham -advantage DH but not enough to change my mind. Joey(finance) zipped us through the paper work, it was new years eve, so we were all pretty anxious to get on our way. car was delivered the next day(Sunday)Excellent customer service, Great Price compared to others and Professionalism -minus the smiley face on negotiation. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership. they went the extra mile, detailed and buffed out a smudge on driver door, delivered on a Sunday - 2016 Chrysler 300c .
