Service dept is amazing.

Service dept is amazing. Working with Jamie is wonderful. I have had my 2011 car serviced there since 2016. I can’t recommend them for sales. The sales manager told me my car had a blemish on Carfax and therefore the value was reduced. When I asked to see the report he would not show it to me. I asked what the issue was, he would not tell me. I because very suspicious. I have a friend at KIA who ran the report for me and it was a lie. My car is a top rated car in carfax.

The A/C on my 2011 Highlander stopped cooling.

The A/C on my 2011 Highlander stopped cooling. I left my vehicle with Lucas and was called back in a short time to advise the A/C evaporator was at fault and required replacement. I was aware this was a big job and advised Lucas to proceed with the repair. Two days later I was advised the repair was completed. My vehicle was retuned clean and A/C cooling like when I purchased it... Great service, fair price....Thanks Lucas and all involved in the repair.

On 06/19/2025 My original appointment was for Bain - got to the dealership early met with Greg Lucido. From start to finish, he was wonderful to work with. He is the dealership‘s greatest asset when it comes to service department. Greg will be my “go to” every time in need. Change his title from Service Advisor to Service Manager as his teammates can learn from him what Customer Service is really all about. Thanks Greg for your help always!

This used to be a great dealership.

This used to be a great dealership. They had parties for the customers with free food, free car wash, gave out freebies, put plastic and paper mats in cars to keep them clean. I even got free detailing! But there is none of this here anymore. So sad. You might still get good service every now and there’s still good coffee. What happened to this place? They couldn’t even mail me a simple service tag that they forgot to place on my windshield with the next service information. Bring back the great service and I’ll come back!
