DONT BUY YOUR CAR FROM HERE!! Within 6 months of owning my truck the ac condeser failed the starter failed and now I have to get my transmission rebuilt. According to the transmission shop I brought it too they cleared the codes and hid the fact that it was failing! Don't buy from here.

This dealership is a complete joke! I scheduled a test drive, was driving to the appointment (a 90 minute drive), and decided to call to confirm that the vehicle was still available. I had the misfortune of speaking with Andressa Almeida who was beyond rude. She told me that they wouldn’t take the car out of the showroom for a test drive unless I committed to buying it. I explained that I was 100% prepared to make the purchase if the numbers were right but I hadn’t talked any numbers with anyone and I also would like to drive the vehicle before committing to it. She became beyond rude! I immediately turned around and started heading toward another dealership. To make matters worse, she then started sending me nasty text messages after I told her to “Stop contacting me.” Unbelievable! I will NEVER even entertain the thought of doing any business with that dealership solely because of Andressa Almeida!

Fafama sold me a Lemon.
Fafama sold me a Lemon. I got a 2020 Kia Niro from them in July 2023. Passed inspection, had a good carfax report, only one previous owner and no accidents reported. When I contacted the sales person about the poor MPG it was getting about two days after I brought it home, he told me "The mileage is Kia's claim. It's still under Kia warranty to you can take it to them". So when a brake issue came up a week after buying, I knew I'd get the same answer from the salesperson. Kia has attempted to fix it three times in seven months with no luck. Kia's Buyback department refuses to take the car back for any amount of money. I haven't even bothered contacting Fafama to ask if they'll buy it back because I know they'll give some reason for not being obliged to. Next time, it's CPO from the manufacturer's dealership only.

I recently purchased a 2018 Audi Q5 from Augusto, we called to inquiry whether the vehicle was still available and when we arrived it was ready already turned on waiting for us warmed up to take out to a test drive. He put no pressure on us and was more interest in how I felt about the vehicle ensuring it met the standard I was looking for. Once I expressed interest in moving forward he and the finance manager had numbers for me along with a strong trade-in value for my existing vehicle within 15 minutes. Buyer beware these people are rip off artists!
Purchased a2018 Jeep Compass Latitude for my granddaughter and three days later check engine light came on! Been going back and forth and still not resolved she wanted her money back and they refused after 4 months they rated her vehicle as fair and added 2400 miles to speedometer because of these problems after she purchased this vehicle and offered to take it back for $8000less! These people are the worst to buy a car from once you buy it they don’t care.

However, it's important to highlight some truthful facts about your comment, which you did not mention. First, we offer a 90-day warranty bumper to bumper to all of your customers, and your vehicle is also still under factory warranty, which covers any issues regarding the engine. Yet, we have on record that you only came to our service department on May 13th, and no check engine light was on during that time. After that, we received you at our dealership on August 1st, which is 5 months later, for maintenance, completing an oil change on the Jeep, and again no check engine light was on. And, on top of that, we have all the records of the mileage, and on your last visit, more than 6,000 miles were driven on the vehicle. When you visited our dealership wanting to trade in, we were more than willing to work out a deal for you, and all the numbers disclosed were fair and based on the market value. Not as Godly as they portray!
Unfortunately, I was in an accident and my car was totaled. I went online to find a new car and came across Fafama Autosales. I drove all the way from CT to MA to test drive the car. That same day I signed the paperwork, but left the part blank where there were authorized to keep my deposit, as advised by my sales rep Nathalia. During the paperwork process my sales rep couldn’t answer all my questions so she kept going over to another man, to the point I asked him to join us in which he denied. He first offered me 5% apr with a 815 credit score, I declined and miraculously he came back with 3% and less payments. When I was asking questions he gave me attitude and was dismissive. When I test drove the car there were some device lights on that were supposed to be taken care of. I come back to pick up the car and everything seems fine with the car, but I noticed the spot of left blank on the paperwork had my initials forged and everyone was looking around confused. Then after that I go to go home and the gas is below a half tank. I bring it to their attention and they give me $20 gas voucher with a car that takes premium gas and gas being almost $5 a gallon. Fast forward to about 2 weeks later and the same service lights are back on the car. I reach out to my sales rep and send her the video of the same code on the dash and she tells me to reach out to the service department. I tell her to reach and have them call me considering the fact that I shouldn’t have to be going through this. So I get a call from supposedly the service department manager. With a nasty attitude telling me I have to drive all the way back out there for the same thing and it’s my response to get the car there although this is something that was supposed to be done previously. This entire expert has not been good. They display to be Godly people, but they are Not! They are rude and try to get over. I don’t recommend this dealership, especially if you’re traveling from out of town. Car buying should be peaceful and this was not. When I asked about the owner I was told, they don’t know when he will be in, he’s the boss he doesn’t come in like that, but I’m pretty sure they could have given me his email for correspondence. Just shady altogether. Now I’m dealing with registering the car and they are supposed to reimburse me my money that they charged and didn’t even do the process for me. We will see how this goes.

I was hesitant to shop for a used car but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Fafama. It was very laid back without that pressure to buy. No one bothered us as we looked at cars. Marcelo was very patient and helpful. He answered all our questions and phone calls. I was shocked at how quickly the process went…found our car on a Thursday and was driving it by Monday! Would definitely recommend Marcelo at Fafama!
