Just bought a 2017 Ford Expedition from Jay S at Fafama. It was a great experience from beginning to end. Since we were buying a family vehicle, we brought... all four of our boys with us and Jay was great to them through the whole quick process. We had a specific vehicle in mind when we arrived. We saw it, test drove it, loved it, and ultimately decided to buy it. Jay and his finance manager worked on the financing until they got us a rate we were happy with. They had the vehicle registered and ready to pick up the next morning. Couldn’t recommend them more and will be back to them for the next one!

I am wondering if the owner knows what his sales/finance dept is doing over there...they are deceitful They tried to tell me that I HAD to purchase an... extended warranty. It is ILLEGAL to tell a customer that they have to purchase a warranty. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle at this dealership, please read ALL OF THE reviews, even the negative ones...I unfortunately did not read them until I left the dealership. I did NOT purchase from them. I went to an HONEST dealer....

I bought a 2014 Chevy impala from fafama in February n every 2 months I have to go back to fafama because of issues with the car so I've had to go back... to them a total of 3 times for 3 different issues with the car. When I bought the car I also spent another $1,800 to purchase the Diamond warranty which covers my engine n transmission for 5 years. After the first 2months I had problems with the front rocker arm in which them replaced free of cost. 4 after having d car I had what looked like electrical problems when I went to fafama it turned out to be a bad battery so I had to purchase a new battery out out pocket . 6 months after having the car now my check engine light is on so I carried it back to a local mechanic. After running a diagnosis the mechanic said it was my in-take solenoid in the engine needed to be replaced . Because I had purchased the Diamond warranty from fafama I decided to drive back to Milford . After fafama ran they're test they said it wasn't it was minor issue but it was supposed to be fixed however I knew it was more serious because I had been to a reputable mechanic. Once I left fafama n got back on the highway my engine light came back on. The following day I carried the car back to Milford only to be told what my mechanic and I already knew. They then said it was the intake solinoid needs to be replaced n it would cost me around $250 to fix it . Remember now I purchased the Diamond warranty 6 months ago which covers my engine and transmission for 5 years. After a going back and forth they told me they will order the part n I would need to pay the $80 n they would do the labor free of cost . Every week since then I call to see if the part has arrived . One month later I'm still waiting n according to fafama as of this morning n I quote " the Chevy dealership said the intake is in back order n 4,000 people are also waiting on the same part". I then spoke to the manager a guy named Bruno who told me there's nothing he could do n if he did anything for me it would be a favor n I need to go look up lemon law. someone gets a car n every 2 months u have to drive a hour to Milford for different issues with a car u only had 6 months sounds like u got a lemon. When my husband n I got the car we gave them cash they did not do us any favor. We've been nothing but patience but so we're just going to go to a lawyer n see what can be done. #nolosses #nofavors

BraikerThis matter was brought to the head of the company and he authorized to do what was needed to the vehicle. Even though the car had passed 100% inspection and had only cosmetic minor issues. Which by law has no warranty. Still we offered to take care of this matter in good faithUnfortunately, I have to accept that I can't solve every issue but will always operate with open doors, a soft heart and an open mind to continue to operate an honest business that God has blessed me with.Whatever is bothering you feel free to contact us. When I walked into this dealership I was treated with respect no stress or pressure from anyone I was able to ask questions with quick accurate answers... due to knowledge of my salesperson mr max. We went in knowing what we wanted and left with the car of my dreams. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all that are looking for a vehicle.
