Awesome staff, low pressure sales.

Awesome staff, low pressure sales. I drove almost 2 hours to shop here and would definitely shop with them again. They are more than willing to help do whatever the customer needs.

Driver seat broke driving it home from the dealer.

Driver seat broke driving it home from the dealer. Not covered by warranty according to the dealership. Rattle in passenger door that we have had serviced four times, it still rattles non-stop. Less than a year the drivers side door jam started rusting. The ford pass app rarely works. after 6 months the drivers side back seat head rest wont go down, so the seat will not fold up.

Anyone looking to buy a car or truck north of Lansing or

Anyone looking to buy a car or truck north of Lansing or south of the bridge should head to Feeny Ford in Grayling. Kailinn and Shawn treated me like I was a member of the family and long time customer even though I had never been there. They had the car I was looking for and made the buying process smooth and easy. Kailinn is very knowledgeable about all the software and was generous with her time in getting me up to speed.

We were looking for a safe, dependable, low mileage

We were looking for a safe, dependable, low mileage vehicle for our son who will be off to college next fall. We contacted new to the industry salesman Alex Hughs. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found it for us within a week. He worked with us and sales manager Shawn Abraham to facilitate a fair deal for us and the dealership. He drove the vehicle to my office for a test drive. Detailed it twice. And locked in the deal. Our son could not be happier! Thank you Alex and Shawn. I will continue to do business with them!

FEENY FORD OF GRAYLING April 3, 2024, they sold me a

FEENY FORD OF GRAYLING April 3, 2024, they sold me a 2014 Ford Escape for $11,000. After that new car smell went away, all I could smell was antifreeze! I wanted my money back! Then they claimed that maybe it was something that they could fix. Charged me $280..00 more to put in a new Coolant Degass on 4/26/2024 Bottle. It still smells like antifreeze! They claim that they don't smell anything! It's 5/19//024 now, and they still won't take it back! Everybody else can smell it right away!They sold me junk at top dollar! I drive it with a full NATO approved gas mask. I would never recommend them to any family. They just don't have any family values! They give the United States a bad name. This is why is why America needs China!
