Feeny Ford

We have just gone through the most horrendous experience with a dealership service department. Henry Blair should be reprimanded for his "quality of service". We were unable to obtain service on our transmission from Serra Ford in Gaylord for over 9 months, so we were told to go to Feeny Ford. They kept rescheduling us three times with the same excuses as Serra Ford... no techs available. April 22, 2026 we were told by Henry that he needed to order parts and rescheduled for May. He was given at that time all repair insurance documents to cover the repair. We take it back May 27, 2026 for the repair and suddenly Henry tells us he never tore it down in April to confirm the problems, never verified that our insurance would be covered and now says it's not covered and we have to pay $557 to put the truck back together or pay for a new transmission. We're retired and cannot afford either. That's why we were paying for an extended repair insurance. The invoice has no breakdown of what was done for $557 and we had to find a way to pay it just to get our truck back. As my husband was leaving, Henry made a snide comment about the repair insurance we have and told my husband to "fu..k off" and then came after him to start a fist fight! My husband is 68 and was just trying to get out of there. This man should never be in a customer service position and both Serra and Feeny should be ashamed by the way they treat customers. Now we are in debt for nearly $600 and still have a bad transmission.

Sales and Service are great everyone that i have worked with has been great, Darrell Metzer is the one i have worked with the most, Darrell has been fantastic to work with, service Department is also fantastic they get you in as quick as they can and are great about getting your vehicle out as quick as they can and they also keep you updated on the status of your vehicle. And they also check on you to make sure you are comfortable while you wait.

After I researched various builds for Super Duty trucks, I settled on a model and trim level and started shopping. I contacted several dealers including Feeny who is our local dealer. I soon realized that Feeny has THE best selection of Super Duty’s anywhere in our area, from Gladwin to the Bridge, and as it turned out they had a truck on the lot that matched my requirements (+/- a couple of things). The truck I was looking at did not have the 5th wheel prep package, but they had a solution and I picked it up this week! I highly recommend Feeny for their customer service; Kailinn and Shawn were easy to work with, and they made the buying experience easy, and I got a GREAT deal to boot! We’ve had our vehicles serviced at Feeny for several years now, and I’ve always had a good experience with them. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re shopping for a Ford vehicle!

We just purchased our 2022 Ford Escape Hybrid Leased vehicle after a 3 year lease. The manager and sales people are easy to deal with and answer all my questions quickly, I live about 100 miles away so do most corresponding via phone and email for any required documents. I only drive to the dealership to complete my purchase or my Lease paperwork. I have ordered and leased several F-150s and my wife?s 2022 Ford Escape through Feeny Ford since 2018. They are a very respectable business to deal with! I?ll be ordering another F-150 Hybrid through Feeny in the spring of 2027.
