The worst dearer ship around.

The worst dearer ship around. They don’t return phone calls or text. They say anything to get you to buy a car then no service after. Very rude people. My advice to anyone thinking about this place. DONT…

Do not buy anything from these scabs.

Do not buy anything from these scabs. They are a joke of a company. Bought a Toyota tacoma with low miles. Have had nothing but issues and paint coming off. Paid 4k for paint protection and they said it doesn't cover the chips gone. These people need to shut down. After dealing with break issues and anti lock breaks for 2 years I was done with them. They have no one there with integrity.

Best experience in purchasing a vehicle in 50 year

In all my experiences in buying vehicles (around 50 years) I never had a more accommodating and excellent experience than with Pilsen . My salesman was top notch knowledgeable in everything from finance to delivery. I purchased a 2011 Chevrolet HHR . What put these folks over the top was several days after purchase I had an issue with fuel leak being it was 4th of July holiday I couldn’t get it to them I live in Newton Illinois. So that being said a very reputable mechanic in town repaired it the bill was 416.00 dollars. Upon contacting Brian G . The salesman explaining the situation he talked with General manager they agreed to pay for repairs even though technically they weren’t liable . But did the right thing sent me a check for the repairs which I received several days later I was overwhelmed with appreciation. I am retired and live on fixed income so this was huge I can’t thank them enough. Ted Barnhart very happy customer

I almost went with Carvana because I’m exhausted by old school way of car buying, skyler was a breath of fresh air and those that support made this process easy as 1,2,3! You will not be disappointed by these guys. Thank you Skyler and the Pilson team for going above and beyond and for being men and women of great integrity and character! I am so happy about with the car and impressed by how they supported me and my current credit situation. Ask for Skyler!

You’re inability to take responsibility for your service department’s behavior speaks directly to the integrity of your dealership, you didn’t even look at the vehicle. You did not diagnose or even bother to check. Your team diminished the problem with pure assumption. Review your reviews from other people I’m not alone in my experience. Maybe rush to fix how you provide customer service and tend to the service of your vehicles before rushing to defend the behavior of your service department. Own your mistake: again I’m not alone, review after review affirms you’ve failed to change how you offer help to those bringing their car in.

False advertising

I put down payment. Car was still advertised and at a cheaper price. Would not honor it or even fill the gas tank. Bad business
