This is my second van I purchased here. My first one was a 1996 Aerostar back in 2015 and it was really clean and drove nice. I never had major issues. It was best experience and best used vehicle I got. It ended up getting t boned in little less than year having it. I was happy to have found another van there. I called and asked if they had vans. The one they had was higher priced than what I could get. Brandon told me he was getting one next day. When I talked to him on phone about it, it sounded like it would be a great van. I am happy to have made my purchase there. I have had great customer service experience from there. Also when you walk away making a purchase, you are happy with vehicle and walk away without regret. I recommend anyone to purchase from Auto Direct. The vehicles are clean, great customer service, and great vehicles. I was very happy to make a second purchase here. I shopped around at few places also recently. I was happy they were getting a van for my price range and very confident on the quality of it. I have three children and this van will tremendously help.

Chris made everything so easy and relaxing and I got 2009 Saturn Vuele back for sure for my husband to get a truck.. We also drove 2 1/2 hours to look at and purchase that vehicle.

Looking for a great buy Meaning "Price" and i found it here! Had to drive about 1 hour 30 Mins to get there but was worth it, they worked with me on all my requests, when I left in my car I was pleased not just because I had a used car but because I know I did not get ripped off! I usually would not even bother writing reviews for a company, but for this dealership, I felt I needed to. I called the dealership after seeing a car online that I was interested in for my daughter. I spoke to a salesman there who was very helpful and answered all of questions about the car, as well as, any concerns I had in regards to any mechanical issues with the car. I was satisfied enough from our conversation, to decide to drive about 45 minutes to the dealership and I am really glad that I did. When I got there, I was greeted by Alex, who was the one I spoke with on the phone, and he directed me to the car. It was everything he said it was on the phone and it drove great as well! Usually I dread going to dealerships because of my past experiences with the sales people hounding you and pressuring you to make a decision. However, this had to be the most pleasant, easy going experience I have ever had when it came to buying a car. After deciding to buy the car, I just had a little bit of paperwork to do which took less than 30 minutes and I was done! The owner, Brandon, happened to be there and introduced himself to me, and I ended up telling him that this was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had. He was a very pleasant and humble young man. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car!
