Worst customer service ever. They will not work with you even when the problem is clearly on their end. The car was breaking down a few months after I purchased it and was promised they would do an even swap. No swap was done, and nothing was fixed on the car. The people there are rude and have no patience. The woman there said,"it's too early for this," when we went to try to resolve the issues we were having. They are clearly selling bad cars and advertising them as cars in good condition with a 30 day return policy. They are well aware that their cars are crappy and everything is as is. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE BY ANY MEANS.

Sold me a car that was recked and they didn't tell me.do not buy a car here!I tried to talk to them about it an they said it is as is will be taking this to court. Save your self the trouble and don't buy at lone star motor company.

Something went wrong with the vehicle and no questions asked fixed it then something else went wrong with the vehicle and there’s no questions asked they just fixed it. They erased every bad experience I’ve ever had buying a used car anywhere else. Thanks TiNy

The cars.Com app show lots of vehicles for sale by this dealer, but you have to go through hoops to find out that they are typically very high mileage vehicles. I have asked the app developer to offer the ability to filter out sellers who won't give you a free CarFax report.

They rig up broken cars to get them sold and then over price them as if they are actually in good shape. They sold me a 2003 Avalanche with a busted front end a AC that they rigged up to work and broke the first day and I can't even put my family in this vehicle. And just for the record I am still paying the payments and the full coverage for a truck that I can barely drive.

Poor services!!! Worst place to buy a car. I put 1500 down on a car first week the car went back 3 times. They lied to me they said the transmission was good. I have no seat belts in the back of the car I think it's a flood car which they lied about that too. Now 5 months later I been through xxxx with this car now the transmission is gone. And they want 1600 dollars to fixed. I got cheated big times and they never return calls either.
