SALES STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL!
My wife and I were treated as individuals and the sales staff listened to our desires. I feel the pricing was totally fair and reasonable. Actually, we didn’t have to bicker back-and-forth. When we took ownership of the car, it was immaculate! Consider us TOTALLY SATISFIED! Finally, our salesperson thoroughly went through all the controls to ensure we were familiar with all the safety and convenience features of the vehicle.

Great service and selection
This is a nice facility and my wife and I were treated so well. Pricing of the new verhicle was very fair. Plenty of helpful advice. I've been buying cars for a long time and this was the nicest experience I've had.

Excellent Experience!
We have owned Toyotas for nearly 20 years and as much as we value the Toyota brand, we want the dealership and service center to be top-notch, too. Dahl Toyota in Winona met those expectations and more! We had done our homework so we knew when we arrived the price range and options we were looking for. From the moment we entered the door until we drove away in our 2019 Corolla, we felt confident that we were getting the best deal around from a very knowledgable staff. No hard sell or games, they worked with us and we got what we wanted, not what they wanted to get off of the lot.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and personable staff. No pressure tactics here, they don't try to make you purchase items you don't need (they inform you of all your options). I have purchased many vehicles from Dahl throughout the years and will continue to do business with them.

12 Toyotas but only one from an exemplary dealer
We'd been happy with service for 11 years. Our 2005 Camry ran flawlessly with 112,000 miles but Mrs. was wanting more road stability in winter making the 26-mile ride to medical services. We were referred to Andy Kaiser. Having had mediocre, at best, dealerships in Nevada we were convinced there would be a grind or some sales pitch. We met Andy at the prescribed times and what a consummate professional he was! We were settled in less than 30 minutes and signing away with aa good a price as could be found anywhere. Maybe even a bit better. One more short meet to pick up the Rav4 and we're new owners. On Thursday we got a call and were told Toyota was doing an additional $500 off, and since our paperwork was still in process, we could write a new check for $500 less. Who does that? we wouldn't be any the wiser, but they took the time to call and redo the sales contracts.

If you are out of state, you are out of luck
In my experience, Dahl Toyota was neither interested in, nor prepared to deal with out of area buyers. Brad Hilton assisted me with all the enthusiasm of a nun helping someone locate a brothel. It took me three weeks of persistence to complete a full- price cash purchase. The DO has pledged to take action to see that you have a better experience than I did.
