Hyundai of Dothan service dept.

Hyundai of Dothan service dept. Rep Chad, I think that’s his name he has red hair. Chad is not a happy person he does not smile or greet the customer. He does not acknowledge you at all. When you approach his terminal he acts as if you are interrupting his break. Will not say a word until you do, just stares at you. Today 9-25-2024, I asked him a simple question about recall work that was done on my vehicle. “I am not your advisor, Carla will be back in a few minutes.” I'm am sure he has customers with the same recall. In the past I have overlooked his behavior and given “5 stars.” His attitude is what we call nice nasty!! Customer service is the key to any successful business.

Great Service!

Came in to look at a few cars even though it was pouring rain with my parents. Emily was near the door to greet us even with the terrible weather. She let me try out a 2021 Tucson and I fell in love. There’s plenty of room for my family and my sister’s new son! She was incredibly nice and went out of her way for my family with this usually stressful process. She was very professional and friendly. Emily made sure that we were taken care of with any questions that we might’ve had or any concerns. Kevin was also very professional and kind when taking care of us. He explained everything in depth and went over everything. Thank you guys! My parents will definitely come to you for their purchase of their Tucson in the future. 🤩❤️

Freindly, Customer Sevier Oriented Folks

Have Bought two vehicles from Hyundai of Dothan in the Past Year. Only Hyundai dealership I'll do business with because they have the Best Prices, Most Friendly Customer Service oriented Sales Rep's, and are the best Hyundai dealership in the Southeast part of the Country.

Clean facility

The car I looked up on cars.com was the car I wanted at the Dealership. We just could not come together on the price for the Nissan Maxima. Great experience.

Wowww!!

We recently bought a 2013 Hyundai Sonata and we love it! It only took a few hours in the morning to start and finish our buying experience, and we could not have been happier. We will definitely come back for servicing and other purchases later on.

Terrible Service Department

DON"T use the service department at Hyundai. The service desk guy is rude and arrogant. My 2011 Sonata has been to Bondy's 5 times in two months and it is still not fixed. After the last phone call the service desk guy told me that, "I find that hard to believe," insinuating that I am lying about the car pulling all over the road. I've only had the car 9 weeks and it's been a nightmare because of the terrible service I have received for this dealership.

A refreshing experience

The people at Hyundai of Dothan were able to provide me and my wife with a refreshing car buying experience that I almost never found anywhere else! My salesperson, the manager that offered me something to drink upon arrival, and eventually the Service department guy all acted with professionalism, but also a casual easy-going nature that was very nice. I will recommend all of my friends to use the dealership for anything.
