Marcos is BEST!

Marcos is BEST! We can’t thank him enough for all his help with this purchase. He’s exceptional at his job and so personable. He treated us like family and was always so helpful in expunging everything we had questions on. If you need a car and are looking for someone at Volkswagen Marco is your guy! I was forced to sit in Stacy’s office for almost 2 hours

I was forced to sit in Stacy’s office for almost 2 hours with my small children when we already had a deal worked up, applications filled out, and given all the information she needed to complete the sale, while she disappeared for 20 minutes at a time supposedly doing different things to “get us out of there”. She was aware of our prior engagement and that we were on a time constraint before we even left for the dealership and was told “it would be no problem”. With 15 minutes left till we had to be out the door, I found her wondering around the dealership and told her I was leaving at 4 with or without the vehicle. So she is magically able to find someone in finance to finalize paperwork for us in 10 minutes and sent me on my way in a vehicle with the automatic start system consistently activating and deactivating without anything being touched. I unknowingly pulled off their lot with a broken vehicle. Stacy had the car running, she had to have seen it tripping and still gave it to us. Things only got worse once I was on 10. Multiple yellow warning messages started popping up in rotation on the dash and then disappearing. This continued the entire hour and a half drive home. My husband contacted them immediately and was told try “restarting it”. Obviously that did nothing. Stacy then tells him a refresh “signal would be sent” to try to fix the issue, that was 3 days ago and still nothing! He then tried to talk to farhmeed in sales who said “that’s not my department, talk to service” knowing this car left their lot malfunctioning! My husband called service and was told there’s no way to diagnose it over the phone or even send a refresh signal that could fix it… I’d have to take another day off work, drive the hour and a half there, sit and wait 3-6 hours just to find out what’s wrong…and that I will NOT even be provided a loaner. So how am I suppose to get home?? Is my husband suppose to talk a day off work also to come get me and then be without a vehicle for however long it takes them to possibly fix whatever is wrong? Am I going to be compensated for them sending me off their lot with a faulty vehicle? Of course not! We’re expected to waste more of our time and money because they sold me a faulty car. Make it make sense. I have never in my life experienced such a shady, deceitful dealership. This has all transpired in less than a week. Their lack of customer service is appalling. I will be sure to spread the word for others to avoid this dealership, the headache and stress is not worth it. My 5 year old Ford was 100% more reliable and safer than this lemon they pawned off on me.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Witt, I would like to apologize for the poor experience you had with your Tiguan. I want you to know that no one maliciously delivered a car to you. The salesperson did not properly convey to you what and why she was sending a code to you. She should have stopped and listened to you to get you more assistance. Please let me explain. She was referring to the code to activate the Carnet System; sometimes, the code must be sent more than once depending on weather conditions. It was not to repair the car (she was mistaken if she told you that). She should have set your mind at ease. The fault code you see on the dashboard is the Carnet link. That system allows you to push the button in an emergency and lock and unlock your car, the remote app for the Tiguan. The fault code does not cause the vehicle to have drivability issues. It is essential to have this repaired as soon as possible so you have all the services that come with the car. Should you prefer not to drive the car back to the dealership, you can contact VW roadside assistance. They will tow the car back to the dealership at no cost to you. I am more than happy to provide you with a loaner car immediately without the need to wait for the vehicle to be diagnosed. I know it has been frustrating for you both, and I hope this eases your mind. All I need to know is what day and time you will be here so I can have a loaner for you. If you have the car towed, the vehicle must arrive before a loaner car is issued. If you are driving the car, no problem. We can give you the vehicle when you arrive and do minimal paperwork for the loaner and the repair order on the Tiguan. You will need your driver's license, valid insurance card, and a credit card to put the deposit on (fully refundable as long as the car is returned undamaged and with the same amount of gasoline that it left with). Either one of you or both are welcome to drop the car off and pick up the loaner car. If you wish to have VW tow the car, you can reach them at (800) 411-6688. Thanks Steve Palmisano General Manager

What a great buying experience I had with my son at West

What a great buying experience I had with my son at West Houston Volkswagen. Marco Perez and his team are a great bunch. I see why Marco has been salesperson of the year so many times. ( I saw all of his trophies on his desk ). He is super informative and took the time to explain everything since my son was buying a car for the first time. He explained all the different buying options and did the test drive with us too. Finance was great and to the point. Super easy and he wasn’t pushy for us to buy any extras. I will definitely be back to buy my future car.

My experience was great.

My experience was great. Marco is amazing and the rest of the staff are great too! He found my perfect vehicle and explained everything throughout the entire process! I will definitely make this my dealership of choice. If you're looking for a great vehicle at a great price, West Houston VW is it...can't go wrong here....they have something for everyone!
