Fun, clear , and efficient. Explanations complete, our needs as seniors were honored. We drove our 66’ Cadillac convertible and received several complements from employees. We wound up leasing a Prologue on terms we could manage.

I felt that I was treated fairly and with respect. I was not pressured to make a decision. The options in my price range were presented to me and I made a choice from those options. My salesman, Michael Blair was very professional and knowledgeable. This is the 6th car I have bought from a dealership. This is by far the best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. There were no games and no haggling. Once I chose a vehicle, I was on my way within 2 hours.

Tj was great. He had everything done and ready for me when I got there. Just had to sign paperwork and out the door in less than a hour. Great dealership to work with and Tj. Webb is a great easy going salesman.

My dad is a World War II Vet.
My dad is a World War II Vet. You need to repair his car reasonably and not charge an arm and a leg. He has a lemon car with 16,000 miles and an air conditioner that is not working. You have had it 2 days, not fixed the AC and told him it will cost 2,000 to 5,000 dollars. I think the car is 4 years old. What is wrong with you? Poor service, nonspecific information, no information as to when he will get his car back and charging too much to someone who has served his country. I will be sending letters to whomever listens. It’s disgusting to take advantage of the elderly.

We’re sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with the service your father has received here. To imply that we are trying to take advantage of your father is entirely incorrect. There were several other contributing factors that caused some delay, those being the time it takes to communicate with the manufacturer and we were not initially provided with the correct contact information for your father making it all the more difficult to keep him up to speed on the progress of the situation. There has now been resolution to the situation. Honda has graciously decided to cover $3,000 of the repairs despite the systems affected being out of warranty. If you would like to discuss the matter further we would be more than happy to have you speak with our Customer Relations Manager, Chris, who can be contacted at 417-625-0800.
