I bought 2016 Chevy Silverado from them. The first time I came in they conveniently 'couldn't find the keys' to the truck parked behind it and therefore... I couldn't test drive it. They also would not remove a VIN number etching (which HPD will do for free and they were going to charge $400 for) and several other items like it from the price. That added on around $2000 for nothing of value. We came back because it still looked like a really good deal. The second time they told us they would take that out and didn't, but we bought it anyway. It took six hours to get through the process, most of that time spent with us twiddling our thumbs waiting on someone. On the way home a check engine light for low oil came on. My wife and I decided that we would take it back to have it serviced that weekend since we were going out of town in a different vehicle that afternoon. When we came back, the truck had a flat tire and another that was dangerously low. I couldn't air that tire up because the stem on the tire was stripped, leading me to believe that they had been airing it up every few days to make it look right. The air conditioning also quit working properly on the way. So we drove in on a flat tire and were ushered into a corner office of the dealership where no one could see us and waited for the guy who sold us the truck for an hour before I got fed up and talked to a manager. He said they would fix it. Fast forward four days when I called and was told that the truck would be ready Saturday at noon. It was going to be late because they conveniently forgot the part about the low oil and air conditioning problem. We went back in that Monday to pick the truck up and had to wait an hour to be told that the engine was bad and that they couldn't in good conscience sell us the truck. They only caught this after it had sat on their lot for a month, they had worked on it for a week, and my wife and I waited to pick it up for an hour on the day we were told. We left the dealership. I called them thirty minutes later to tell them I needed to get my stuff out of the truck and get a check for the car we traded in. I had forgotten because I was so frustrated with the whole mess. They said they would take care of it. I called two days later and told them I was coming to get both. When I got there I had to wait yet again for an hour only to be told that they would not give me a check for the car or take the car to my apartment nor did they have my stuff from the truck even though they had known for two days. I had driven myself there so I was going to have to come back for a sixth time to get the car (each trip was an hour and a half in total). I have absolutely no faith that the car and my things will be there when I come back but I have no other options. In conclusion, I bought a $20,000 truck from them only to have lots of problems (that I'm pretty sure they knew about) appear within a few days. We won't get the truck because the engine is bad and 'they didn't know'. They have been exceedingly unhelpful the entire time and have disrespected our time by making us wait at least an hour any time we needed to speak with them. In my opinion, that dealership is full of thieving liars and you'd be much better off buying somewhere else.
From the moment I got there til the end of the visit Ms. Elizabeth was very professional and pleasant to me and also , I noticed , to the other clients... who she was servicing a car for. She was very detailed as to what needed to be fixed on our vehicles in order to get them running properly. She gave us options and then got it done. thanks Elizabet
Jay Herrera is the man to see in this department!! He was very patient, knowledgeable, personable, and over all spectacular!!! If you have a problem with... your Kia and you need it serviced or need to talk to someone in the service department about your Kia issues and want a someone who’s not going to treat you like your some random customer - ask for Jay!!
Like the title says, James Manny is the best!! Bought my second car from him this past week and the buying process couldn't habe been any better or easier.... He helped me the whole way through and the deal went better than I was expecting. Hadn't seen him in about 4 years and he recognized me immediately after i got off of my car, that is impressive on its own. I will not be buying from them for time to come!! Thanks again James and I'll see you in a couple of years for a new Stinger GT for sure!!
Joseph was great! He really took personal interest in our needs and got us the perfect car for the right price. It was a very pleasant experience. I would... definitely recommend Fredy Kia!
Just bought a New Sonata with 0 down, Had good service with sales consultant ( Nile Irsan). Except with his supervisor guy that was doing the estimate... financing. Forgot his name. Lol
It's a great business outfit. High standard Customer Service and perfect finishing of all Maintenance. One of the customer care person, Elizabeth is like... a great VIP Hollywood celebrity. And she takes care of your car like magic. She is a wonderful person
The used car facility was new and therefore not yet ready for customers. More could have been done in the interim to make for comfortable environment... such as heaters, pest control (ants) and a well stocked vending machine. After sitting several hours there was nothing to eat, it was cold and the ants ferocious. My major complaint after suffering through unusual discomfort I was sold a vehicle without a cargo cover. I was told I would get one but that has never happened. I am not sure if one does not some standard or not but I was told I would get one and it did not happen. That is not good customer service. For what I endured they should have thrown one in as a sign of good measure.
Blake was excellent and he went the extra mile to assist me, even driving me to the used car dealer to return my rental.
My car buying experience was just OK. It was late when I left the dealership so I never got my car washed. I was excited about getting my windows tinted... until I had to make a separate appointment with a contractor to have it done. I didn't like the process I had with my finance officer, it took a long time until everything was verified and when it was not...they harassed me until they had everything verified...( a delay because my HR had a 3rd party verifier ) I would say all and all it was OK. The sales very slow and he just lucked up cause I really needed a car..he didn't persuade me either way.
