Went over there recently trying to buy a pickup truck ( 8/23/19), the salesman was very professional, everything went nice and smooth even to the negotiation.... I get to the financing guy, and he was the most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. Extremely Obnoxiously Rude. I told the financing guy he has lost his mind, got up, went to his boss, told him that he is very unprofessional, and left. The most simple sale got torn apart by the most simple step.

I have had two transactions with this dealership - one for used,... one for new - and I must say that the people there will do ANYTHING to help you. Sean Sullivan makes you feel like he always has time for your questions, he makes all the details work out, and he does his job professionally and thoroughly but quickly. I have never worked with such an outstanding group of people. And, this is uncommon in this day and age, as the saying goes, but both times I have bought from this dealership, I dealt with the SAME personnel - the fact that they are still there, working together, tells you a lot about their reliability and that of the dealership. You know if you had a problem, they would still BE THERE. I genuinely like and trust everyone in the car-buying process at Archer Kia, not only Sean Sullivan (whom I have worked with two separate times) but all the way from the person who answers the phone, to the man who takes care of thetitle paperwork, to the detailers and preppers. I trust them completely and would recommend them to ANYONE. I drove over 8 hours to do repeat business with them. I had to pass by a lot of dealerships to go back to them. IT WAS WORTH IT. They are very honest, professional and courteous. I could not possibly be more pleased. You have to go see them.

Bought my brand new 2019 Kia Sorento towards (I believe) the end of September 2018 at Archer Kia. I WAS very excited since they gave me a huge deal on... a brand new car. A few weeks after enjoying my 2019 Sorento I noticed it would have random moments where it struggled to turn on, but still would. This would happen at least twice a month and it was hard to keep track of when my car would do such thing because it was random. I observed that my gas mileage on this car was not what I was told it would be. I was making 19 mpg on the HIGHWAY (no traffic) and filling up my tank quite often. The very last problem I noticed a FEW DAYS after purchasing was on the steering wheel. There are 2 pieces of decorative plastic. One plastic on the left side is stuck to the steering wheel as it should be, but the right plastic is lifted up which it SHOULD NOT be. I eventually called to inquire about this and they presumed to say the battery issue was from the cold weather (Houston freeze) and blew off mileage question. I thought it was strange since my very old car didn't do that on cold weather, but I just figured it was a Sorento thing? Once warmer weather started my car was STILL making sounds as if struggling to turn on and the gas mileage was still awful. I decided to take it to the service center at Archer Kia after an incident where I had turned my car on and it automatically shut off. When I took it to Archer I felt like they thought I did not know how to turn a car on. They came off as they thought I was crazy and took my car anyway for the next few days. As assumed, they called back to say my car was fine. I was told it would be easier if I could record it, which was not an option for me because how inconvenient is it to record EVERY-SINGLE-TIME I turn my car on as this happened randomly. 8 months after having this car it finally shut down, gas mileage still sucked too. I contacted roadside assistance around 8 PM and my car wasn't picked up until 8AM. Took 3 dispatchers. I had the option to choose which service center to take it to, so I picked Joe Myers Kia 20 miles out from me rather than Archer Kia that is less than 3 miles away since they kept giving me the runaround!!! Joe Myers Kia SAVED ME. They informed me I was sold a brand new car with a "really, really, really bad battery/battery cells". So bad they had no idea how Archer could have overlooked this and let me drive out the lot with it. They assumed that I must had been having problems with the car since buying it AND SAID IT AFFECTS GAS MILEAGE!! 8 months after buying my brand new car, I quickly hit 30.4 MPG on the highway leaving Joe Myers and not 19mpg. Thank you so much Joe Myers for taking my issue seriously. I can only imagine how much MONEY I HAVE WASTED ON GAS for the past 8 MONTHS because of an issue that Archer kept overlooking. Just terrible! I would not recommend buying a car at Archer, they overlooked something important and shouldn't have sold that car to me like that to begin with! Go elsewhere, where they believe you.
I was looking to replace a G6 that I had for many years. I live out east and stressed that I would have to have the car inspection to be sure it would... pass my states test. I had noticed on the Caxfax the car had be serviced 2x for electrical issues. I asked if it was a problem and was told no by Both Ryan, the manger as well as the salesman Cory, Thank goodness for pre purchase inspections. The company I used sent me a video with the lights flickering the whole time the car was on. The muffler has a hole in it. Rust was under the body. The car had been painted multiple times. Yes. I saved money by not buying the car. But they made me waste money by not being up front. They give use car dealerships a bad name. By wasting time with them I missed out on other cars! I hope this helps anyone who go’s there. Have your car inspected!!!

Thanks for handing my son the void letter FINALLY. Customers run run and run use this dealership at your own RISK. Owner CLEAN HOUSE! I will remove this post within the same amount of days it took you to hand over the voided letter. Plus a few more days on top. Attention Don per our conversation 5 minutes ago 1.My son and I do not have a FB so to say you Tagged us is not true and if we had FB and you did who cares ..I placed this review because Ryan was rude,the assistant finance guy was rude and today you were rude. 2.How did a folder get lost among adults why was this never told to me ?Instead of avoiding my calls and emails from yesterday morning to last night-honesty; the day before - open communication ,integrity, politeness goes a long way. 3.I made no threats. It is my plan to email the owner if I don't have a resolution today. 5 minutes is what is takes to put VOID on a letter to my credit union and state the car was returned. I have a response from your wife the online Director stating someone told her it was done.That was a lie because my bank continues to call me. 4.To tell me ' if we wanted help we should not have posted' WELL. I tried to follow the process IT DID NOT WORK! So I am posting until my bank gets the proper paperwork to unfreeze my funds. 5. To call my son yesterday and not me to ask for my banks email address is sad 6.To say 'now yall need help yall should not have posted - the owners now know and its above the owenrs 'well we tried the proper process but what I experienced was avoidance and rude ppl.For what ? it is not my fault the car was crap had it was not inspected thoroughly before being put up for sale! 5.To tell me You guys did not have to take the car back ..well Don when a car is falling a apart before the 5th day IT IS THE NOBLE thing to do ! 6.I appreciate you taking the ' glued part' ..engine light on ...old xxx radiator fluid ..car back THANK YOU! 7. no one cares my son has 2 jobs and school and my funds are held up 8.BTW my son is headed there now since you told him today ' I think you should come up here' and my son reply was ' I don't have a car' well he has paid for an uber to come and get a written copy of the letter to say VOID and a Letter to say the car was returned upon Ryan's request as he spoke and got clearance from Todd the other owner a few days ago. I did nothing wrong but return a car that was litterally falling apart. As this is the only platform I appear to get movement on I will continue.There are no threats lol you guys just don't like to admit Fault and simply say sorry you screwed up. What you like to do is blame the customer for posting.Just like you are pissed because of these post. I have the right to be pissed. People skills and human kindness can go a long way.. i went in to get my battery check and they replaced it so quickly! Happy I was still under warranty and the staff is very friendly and professional! You... won’t be disappointed!
Archer KIA sold us our van which we paid fair price for. We also purchase the most complete warranty coverage they offered and we were glad we did. When... the automatic sliding door started to fail, they took the car in and turned it over in about 24hours. They also were helpful in finding our information about the warranty. They never asked for the paperwork back from when we bought the car about year and a half ago, they sorted. I appreciated that. but the best part was that they also changed the other motor, for the door I haven`t complained yet, but it was also already giving me problems to close sometimes. Being a mother of 5 children and really needing a working reliable van, I gained confidence in my KIA and in my dealer. They took care of me in more than I had asked, in one trip and that was huge. Thank you guys.
