We brought the car in for warranty work and once there

We brought the car in for warranty work and once there the representative said they couldn't look at it for a week and a half. A salesperson called us about possibly trading the vehicle in for a newer model and we told them that we were definitely interested and nobody ever contacted us. We had to call and check on the car and then they told us it was ready. They didn't call us to let us know. We picked up the car and it was nasty inside with dirty leather seats, the doors and dash area have grease on them, items were pulled out of the center console and spread across the dash. When we picked up the car, the lady that works in the window could have cared less that we were there. She handed me one piece of paper under the window slit and pointed to a box of pens for me to sign and then she gave me the copy and never looked at me. Nobody came to discuss the repairs or even tell me what they did. This was warranty work on the AC. I've never been to a dealership that didn't inform you of the work. The interior of the car is filthy and I'm thinking they pulled out the dash and laid it on the front seats.

RUN!

RUN!!! NOTICE HOW THERE ARE ZERO POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about this location.. The service department needs a COMPLETE makeover.. New service advisors and managers, clearly because they are NOT doing right by the people. Currently, I am undergoing a battle with them in order to have them to repair my car engine, complementary, per my warranties I have with the company. It has been xxxx and back, jumping through hoops, just to get my car worked on and completed and back to me. My car’s engine blew up and started smoking while I was driving on the highway November 30, 2024, scariest thing ever… my car started locking up and completely stopped on the highway access road, where I had to have someone push it out the street, had it towed to my home and then towed to Archer Kia December 2, 2024 in the morning, where, you guessed it, told me it would take a week to a week in a half to even look at my car, because they were behind… (LOL same song they’ve been singing since I’ve been going there; again, these negative reviews, and these reviews on service don’t lie! We are all saying the same thing people…) I was going through my insurance initially, but that was short lived, BUT tell me why they , as in my insurance claim adjuster, go there and discovered the malfunction of my engine, telling me how metal particles were found in it and all, yet still, Archer Kia had to get back to me over a week later!….FOOLISH! Unfortunately, they have zero urgency and HAD LIED ABOUT PUSHING MY PAPERWORK TO KIA CORPORATE! Edwin Reyes, in particular, is the service advisor who dealing with my car and literally has held on to my paperwork and not notified KIA CORPORATE. He deliberately stated I didn’t have a certain record, but to my discovery, I DID, and at that darn dealership! COMPLETE Negligence!! He didn’t apologize or take ANY ACCOUNTABILITY, because that ONE TIMELINE, had allegedly kept him from “submitting my records to corporate..” Since the discovery, I have called, with no call back. My father sent a detailed email, to him PLUS THE SERVICE MANAGER RICHARD JONES, which was Monday, January 27th, 2025, AND NO ONE HAS RESPONDED BACK. They have definitely found the wrong one to deceive and lie to, because I am not going to deal with this much longer, and will be taking it further, legal wise… DTPA… Lemon Law… LOOK INTO THAT ARCHER KIA.. I have tried to be diplomatic, and resolved this amicably, but I am tired of the xx! I am tired of the runaround, and mark my words, legal action will be taken on this facility if something is not resolved, which will be way more costly than to replace an engine. And don’t even respond to me on here, with that same tired a** “copy and paste” response. SEND AN EMAIL, Because not only is it is not my responsibility to give you all a call if I have an issue with you all’s service and treatment, but YOU ALL LIE, AND I NEED ALL CONVERSATIONS MOVING FORWARD IN WRITING. A phone is only important to follow up IN CONJUNCTION with an email correspondence at this point. Look at these reviews. Have some class and common sense Archer Kia. THE PROBLEM PREDOMINANTLY LIES WITH THE STAFF, no pun intended, but the shoes fits.

We purchased a brand new 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige.

We purchased a brand new 2025 Kia Sportage Prestige. Jacob was an amazing sales representative and got us to the exact price we were able to pay. He was super nice & we didn’t feel any pressure working with him. I walked away feeling like I got a great deal for my trade in and a perfect purchase price for our new car
