I had a 2013 Kia Soul (that I night from them new) and really just went down there to check out the possibility of a trade-in, not expecting much. I left... with a 2018 Kia Soul Plus! Their finance department is amazing! I really won't shop anywhere else!

Trying to get dealer to make good on a vehicle where the so called new braked failed after less than 50miles. Spoke again with manager Kenny. refused to... cover new brakes cost, after I paid the full asking price for the vehicle. Asked for the owners name, but he refused. owner has no problem taken our money but we are not good enough to speak to him.
Paul -apologies that you were unhappy with your purchase. Buying classic autos that are over 50 years old can have ups and downs and we do our best to... be straightforward. More than 6 months after the purchase is simply too long of a time to attribute any failure to the seller for a vehicle that old. Regardless - it doesn't make us feel good to know that it had issues and wish you the best in the future.
Don’t lease a car from any Kia dealership. They hurry you through financing and don’t tell you about the 400 dollars you have to pay to turn in your car.... Then thy bill you for any little thing wrong with the car. They are charging me 450.00 for a tail light. When I had asked about repairing it they told me 200.00 installed. They rip you off if you don’t buy a new one from them. Very unhappy X-Kia owner.
I am sorry to hear that we missed the mark. What you are referring to is a disposition fee and it is not specific to Kia. All leasing manufacturers ha...ve this cost. They also all have excess wear and tear costs for damage to the vehicle. Normal wear and tear is not charged. Apologies that whichever dealer leased you your vehicle did not properly educate you on leasing. We will do our best to improve.
Was sold a truck with a bad engine dealership will not help make it right. Can not understand why they would not verify that a vehicle they are going... to sell is going to last longer than a few weeks.

I am a recent transplant to the state and was looking for a car ASAP so I could turn in my rental vehicle. I found a great deal on a 2019 kia soul online... and made an appointment to come test drive it. Everyone I talked to and worked with were incredibly nice and tried their best to get me a deal. If you check out this deal I would recommend working with Anna (over online inventory) and Izzy (salesman) - they made the entire process smooth and easy. The price online is different then the listed price on the lot so I would recommend finding a car online and making sure you know the internet price rolling in. They honored the online price with no issues, so you don't need to worry about them trying to upsell you or getting the lot price. I would recommend this seller to anyone in the area!
I was shopping for the new Telluride and wanted to trade my 2009 Borrego in very good shape. I quoted trade in value on Performance KIA website and got... pretty good price. I chose the model I want to buy (SX) and looked at the available cars using New Car Inventory. When opened Window Sticker page I found that the incoming SX model costs $44,960. I was pleased to see this price and set up an appointment with Internet Sales Manager David Pruitt. After friendly hand shakes we were looking at the car while David drove my Borrego. After about 20 minutes he came back with ridiculous trade in cost, about 3 times less than I got, and SX price of about $49,000. When we asked why, the salesman said they sell maintenance service for $3,700 and something else which I really did not want to buy. Trade-in value based on FAIR condition, even there was nothing wrong with my car: no repair history, no accidents, no body damage, etc. I left dealership and will never come back. I will advice my friends not come there because they will deal with unfair treatment.
I am so sorry to hear that we fell short. We try and offer as much for trades as possible but we know we cannot always hit the mark our customers set ...for us. We consider Kelly Blue Book a good guide for vehicle value. Maintenance, service contracts, and other options are not required, but are offered. Tax and licensing are unavoidable and we must include them. I wish you all the best and appreciate your feedback.
I bought my 2014 Kia Soul from Kamoore in June of 2017. What a great salesman and gentleman! Love this car more than any I have owned in my 80 years... on this planet. My recent trip to Performance Kia in Everett was to get the oil changed and it was done quickly and the car washed and vacuumed! Very great people there!
Received excellent service. Kamoore was awesome. If it wasn't for him we wouldn't have bought a car. The show room was clean and the Sales Manager was... friendly.
