Disappointed. Sad to Say.
Had my car serviced nearly three weeks ago and have yet to receive the survey they typically send after an abysmal service experience (gee, I wonder why?) so I’m sharing my review here. Long story short I was misled about how long service would take and didn’t leave until TWO hours later (after being told service would only take around 40 MINUTES). During that time I had to take the initiative more than once to get up and keep asking about the status of my vehicle despite the service advisor knowing I was still waiting hours beyond when he told me my car would be ready. At one point when I went to check again on the status, he looked right at me before proceeding to go out to check in another customer. The other advisor on duty had to be the one to give me an update and was the one who told me that the type of service being performed on my car typically takes longer. HE told me this, not my actual advisor. Then to add insult to injury when I finally went to pay/ check out, the advisor couldn’t even remember where my keys were! I had paid by then and was so upset I literally said nothing and just turned around and left and went to go find my car on my own (where I found my keys as well). I really thought I had found a dealership that cared about me as a customer. I spent $600 during this visit only to be treated like the complete opposite. I live a good distance away from them and have been coming out of my way because I was desperate for good service after having such awful experiences, including from a competitor of theirs. I won’t bother ever again as that was my final visit there. The visit and how I was disregarded and misled upset me so much. It’s so unfortunate because it was a complete 180 from my first visit to their service center. I really thought they cared, but they don’t. Especially after service is already underway and payment is guaranteed. So beyond disappointed.

CHARLES WAS GREAT AT THE ONE IN BRANDON
When I looked on cars.com Wilson said they got away but no Cannon Nissan especially the one in Brandon Mississippi and you rap Charles was amazing I went everywhere and he got it done you need a car a good car and gets it done

Cost $285 no car they say they can’t help us.
Filled out all paperwork had to pay $285 then told sorry wrong car. Asked for $285 back said they couldn’t . No car out $285

Nobody can beat a Nissan Cannon deal!!!
My mother in law purchased a car from them and they mislead her. The dealership does not genuinely care for the for the customers best interests. In fact they are only concerned about how much more they can sell you a car for and mislead you into buying warranties for the car . Please do not go to this dealership!!!! If you do not understand how buying a car works they will not explain it clearly and rush you in to sign something that can cost you thousands of dollars. ( Remember nobody can screw you as bad as nissan cannon of jackson can screw you and I mean nobody!!!)
Purchasing a car
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! They do not honor the price of cars that are seen online and will lie about having vehicles that are online to get you the purchase a more expensive ones. I purchase a car for my daughter and it was too small for her wheelchair and wanted to get a bigger size one with in 24 hours they would not let me. The sales man JUWON OLAGBEGLI needs to be avoided and please read the FINE PRINT. He like about prices. Please do not go to this Nissan dealership. As for my family and toher Nissan co workers, we will purchse from other areas.
