My mother in law purchased a car from them and they mislead her. The dealership does not genuinely care for the for the customers best interests. In fact... they are only concerned about how much more they can sell you a car for and mislead you into buying warranties for the car . Please do not go to this dealership!!!! If you do not understand how buying a car works they will not explain it clearly and rush you in to sign something that can cost you thousands of dollars. ( Remember nobody can screw you as bad as nissan cannon of jackson can screw you and I mean nobody!!!)
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!! They do not honor the price of cars that are seen online and will lie about having vehicles that are online to get... you the purchase a more expensive ones. I purchase a car for my daughter and it was too small for her wheelchair and wanted to get a bigger size one with in 24 hours they would not let me. The sales man JUWON OLAGBEGLI needs to be avoided and please read the FINE PRINT. He like about prices. Please do not go to this Nissan dealership. As for my family and toher Nissan co workers, we will purchse from other areas.

Labor Day 2018. I wasted $140 in fuel and $93 to rent a car hauler trailer to pick up a specific new blue Nissan Altima SR from Cannon Nissan in Jackson,... MS. I had contacted them by email in the previous two days and agreed to be at their dealership at 8am on Labor Day. I had completed all their online credit info and even I even viewed that this car was still on their website inventory before leaving my home at 3:30 am for the 200 mile drive there. When I got there, the car was not there. I opened their website inventory and showed them that the car was STILL LISTED as being in stock and for. BUNCH OF LIARS. BEWARE.

Just wanted to share this with everyone. Yesterday I received a phone call from Cannon Nissan's , Sales manager, Matt Hipgon. He heard about a conflict... I had when I purchased my car from them, prior to his employment there. He was very professional and concerned about my issue, a super nice guy. Around two hours later I received a phone call from Michael Joe Cannon wanting to know if they were taking care of me. Mr. Cannon is a very busy man and to take the time to call me was very impressive. Thank you very much for your concern. Cannon Nissan's service department, headed by Scott White, was also very courteous and extremely helpful. Scott White with the help of employee Danielle Harrison did a great job of taking care of my service needs. Joe Cannon is very lucky to have such loyal employees. Thanks again to Joe Cannon, Matt Hipgon, Scott White and Danielle Harrison Anthony Sims for all your help. It's been a pleasure doing business with Cannon Nissan.

Had recall work done and Service Manager replaced parts on car that was not authorized, but expected owner to pay for, best offer to get the car back... from them was to pay half $500+ on work that wasn't approved nor did the owner authorize. Contacting Nissan Corporate and Better Business Bureau on these unethical practices.
