walking to a car dealership is typically a nasty experience having to deal with lies from the sales people to finance and everybody at the dealership. When I 1st arrived to Texans Auto Group in spring tx I really really felt different. I was greeted very prefossionally by the sales lady, I can tell she was very genuine, I requested to see a specific car I was directed to it so quick, Jackie explained everything about the car and suggested a test drive, when we arrived back i inquired about financing through my credit union, I was very welcomed to do so and was offered multiple options to financing through the the dealership as well. I was very shocked the had my interest rate beat so I ended up signing up through them. The whole experience is an ease. Thank you guys

I truly cannont emphasize enough how amazing my experience was with Texans Auto Group. It started with me stopping in to see a car I really wasn't sure I would need - my 19 year old car was in the shop for repairs. I spent time with Amy and she was so kind, and there was absolutely no pressure. I left thinking what a different experience it was from other times I had looked at cars. When I decided to purchase the car 2 days later Amy was out so I talked to Jerry. What a class act and amazing person. Again, zero pressure to make a purchase. Jerry was so kind and patient while working on financing. He was also so accommodating when it came to getting papers signed with my husband and I working opposite schedules. Like u said this is my second car I buy from the dealer. Buying car is not easy, mainly because the process of purchasing a car has a lots of palate work. It has been over 20 years since I had to buy a vehicle and this car lot made it easy. Chad was my salesman and he worked with me and made it so easy. I did not know that there were used car salesmen that cared about their customers, but I found out today that there are some very nice and kind used car salesmen. If ever I need another car it will come from these guys.
