Buying a new vehicle can be tough in any market, I bought my first car from them over two years ago and to this day still boast about my experience with Texans Auto Group. My sales guy Jerry was extremely knowledgeable and patient with me as I searched their inventory for just the right car, we talked about the engine, and the success stories from his other clients. He never got aggravated with the 3 different cars we priced. The one I settled on was never in mind the first two days we were looking. The sales process, if you want to call it that, was friendly, personal, and informative as we discussed the details in full. I don't feel like I was sold but paired with the right vehicle, but the service continued on with high praises after the sale. You have earned my business in the future. My experience was very pleasant overall. Everyone was friendly & not overly aggressive as I've experienced at other dealerships. The buying process was smooth, although it took what seemed like a lot of time. That might be attributable to me having worked all day & being tired & hungry. I would recommend Texans Auto Group & have already done so. A co-worker bought a truck from you on Friday & a friend of mine is planning on coming by as well.

My salesman was Jerry and he was fantastic; I am a person who detests "pressure salesmen". Jerry allowed me to decide my purchase without any pressure; he answered all my questions, walked me through all my options and was there every step of the way through my purchase. I am pleased with my Fusion and the excellent treatment I received from Jerry.

Jerry and his coworkers are the only guys I trust when it comes to buying cars. I've bought 3 cars from this place over the past 15 yrs. Never had a issue with either car. Just like to change cars every 5 yrs personally. My little brother bought 2 BMW from him. My girlfriend bought a IS250 3yrs ago still looks and runs like new plus my cousin bought a Mercedes-Benz from him just recently. Everyone who works there are down to earth. You basically give them your option of choices, price limit and they call back with in 24 hours. Never rushed and never going anywhere else because I always leave satisfied. 5 yrs now driving his 2006 Lexus GS300. Coming back soon for a New Tahoe. Thanks guys

I don't know where to start about a gr8 experience of buying a car Jerry Charles And Elias did everything needed to make sure I was taken care of. Great car shopping experience. I bought a used Honda Accord with low miles for a really affordable price. I was assisted personally by Jerry. He made the process easy and straight forward. I have had the car for some time now and it drives smoothly. I haven?t had any problems at all. I definitely recommend this place.
