I recently saw on-line a vehicle I was interested and I visited the Auto Fair dealership in West Haven CT. They setup an appointment for me to test drive the car and they were very accommodating. I found their dealership to be well organized with many of the cars located inside their air conditioned building. The cars are all very clean. I enjoyed speaking to both Louis and John and they made me feel very comfortable and not at all pressured to buy. In the end it was not the exact car that I was looking for so I cannot comment on the buying process but if you see a car on line in their inventory, do not hesitate to visit them.

I will never buy another car from this place. I bought a car back in April and it was horrible. the muffler was leaking gas, the engine has problems that is going to cost me almost as much as I payed for the car. I brought the extended warranty and they kept checking the car and making repairs to the car,but that never fixed the problem. Just because it had low mileage and an automatic start means nothing. When i kept telling them something was wrong they said they will fix it , but of course they never did. NEVER AGAIN

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my '09 Kia Optima LX from AutoFair! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. I was introduced to this dealership by my friend who is a local pastor. She had a high confidence in this dealership integrity and honesty and she was right!

I went in to look at cars one day and was driving home the next day with a car. The employees that were working both those days were very friendly, I have a young daughter and they even entertained her. My credit is not the greatest and when the dealer told me I could get a loan I was really happy, they also explained that if I got all my payments done for at least a year it would not only help my credit but it would enable me to trade it in for a better car if I wanted to. They also helped me get insurance right there in the office. I have been referring them to people I know are interested in getting a car.
