I must start out by saying that our salesperson was Shawn Herman. This is the second Hyundai we purchased from Cochran, but most importantly from Shawn. He is unlike any other salesperson I have ever met before. He is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, listens to what you are saying and is not pushy. He made the entire process of purchasing very smooth and not stressful in anyway. It was such a wonderful experience working with him. In addition everyone that works at Cochran are all very nice and helpful. Jim the manager worked on a few issues with us and he too was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodating and polite. I highly recommend if you're looking to purchase a vehicle definitely give Cochran a try and make sure you request Shawn Herman. I can honestly say he is the best!!

Just stopped in to see if they could look at my car
Just stopped in to see if they could look at my car because my check engine light was on. I explained I was in town from out of state. They said they could look at it in the middle of September! It's August 9th. What a joke.

Tried calling several times to get an appointment for service and no answer. Went to the service department and they guy was a total jerk, no help at all. Avoid this place unless you are looking for aggravation.

The service team is always top notch at this dealership.
The service team is always top notch at this dealership. The only issue I've experienced is the newly renovated showroom. You could land a plane in that showroom it's so bright. Who thought it was a good idea to blind the customers in the waiting area? The bright lights are good for the showroom cars because they're beautiful and should be seen. But I had to squint my way over to the waiting area. It's VERY uncomfortable!! I felt as though I was waiting to be interrogated because of the ultra bright white lights over my head. Looking at my phone required constant head shifting to see my phone screen because of the reflection of the ceiling lights. Twice I left the waiting area with a headache because it's so bright. Seriously folks, bring down the wattage in customer waiting area!

The dealership was very responsive to an emergency
The dealership was very responsive to an emergency situation I experienced with my car. Without an appointment and only a short time before closing they were kind enough to replace my battery when mine died while traveling to my home from out of state! They were fast efficient and the cost was minimum. Thanks for the great work. I highly recommend them for their cost and efficiency.
