Best honest service department in Pittsburgh!!!!

This service department is wonderful! I have been coming here for years and always receive top notch customer service! Thanks to the whole service department!!! Also this is the best dealership in Pittsburgh to buy a car!!!!! Thank you Chris is amazing!!!

HELP, while on vacation.

While driving to the airport my car shut off at 4am!! I had to leave my car on 376 and catch my flight. I emailed Gary, the service manager, and he was able to provide me information on a tow company to come pick up my car. They checked everything out and determined that I was in need of a new engine!! I was able to get the engine covered under my warranty and they provided me with a rental car while my car was being serviced. Gary, Dale & Frank kept me updated about what was going on. They only had my car a week!! So grateful for the service that I get every time that I come to this location. Will only come here for all my vehicle needs & I suggest that you do the same!

excellent customer service

Brought my car in for annual oil change. Dale was very welcoming and got me in and out within an hours time. No hassle. I have had trouble using time Android Auto app. so I asked Dale for some help. He ran me through how to download Contacts and Driving Directions. Everything is good now. Thanks to Dale for going the extra mile in helping me.

Last honest dealership

I was getting the runaround from a dealership, so I decided to take my Elantra to #1 Cochran Hyundai of Monroeville. I couldn’t be happier with the move. The other dealership said my transmission fluid level was fine (I brought it in because of hard shifting), so I took it to #1 Cochran and they found it was OVERfilled. They checked this for free and always go above and beyond when I bring my car in for service. Just yesterday they replaced an ignition coil under warranty. No upwelling or scams, just honest service.

Needed my brakes checked immediately and frank novobilsky was able get me an appointment for the following day. My brakes were checked and I have peace of mind. They were also inspected my car while I was there.

Great Experience

Friendly, outgoing staff. It was an excellent experience! I was able to discuss with a staff member the procedure for returning my car at the end of the lease. All of my questions were answered in detail.

Best place to buy a new car! Chris Piro Is wonderful we have bought 4 cars from him! Our salesman Don, as usual, gave us a great deal and helped us tremendously. We got out of a 1-1/2 year old lease on a car my wife hated and got us into our new Santa Fe which she loves
