My fiance and I purchased a vehicle with Shawn as our rep. The transaction was not only smooth and painless we feel Shawn went above and beyond anything we could have anticipated from a dealer. Not only is it the perfect vehicle for our needs but Shawn stood in the freezing snow for 25 min to go over every single detail of the vehicle to make sure we were 100% comfortable before driving off the lot. There was no classic "sales man" tactics, and no pressure applied for anything. It was like shopping with a friend who had our best interest in mind. I 100% recommend and will be returning for any purchases in the future!

Customer for 10+ years
Over the past 10 years I have purchased two Hyundai's from Cochran Hyundai in Monroeville and I have had all service and repairs done in their service center. I have been completely satisfied with the services performed and especially with the communication that happens through the Service Advisor. When I have questions that require further explanation, my questions are always answered thoroughly and respectfully. I have worked with each of the Service Advisors but most frequently with Dale S. Without exception, Dale always goes above and beyond. He sincerely works to make certain that every visit is deserving of a 5-Star rating. With that said, life is not perfect. I recently had a (very) minor problem due to an oversight. I returned and spoke with Dale and he set to work to make it right. Again, he went above and beyond, not only rectify the problem right then and there, but to also make amends for the very minor oversight. For this, I wish that I could give a 10-Star rating, not only to Dale, but to the mechanic who also went above and beyond to make sure that I would leave their facility completely satisfied, which I did. As I said, I have received excellent service for 10 years and I am thankful that I am able to drive away each time with peace of mind. Thank you.

#1 Crochan Hyundai for the win
My experience with the car buying process at #1 Crochan was exactly what I hoped for: quick, easy, and pleasant. My salesman Shawn was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I couldn't pass up Hyundai's warranties and low APR. I spent a couple weeks in communications with another dealership that didn't come through on their end. If only I made the decision to go to # 1 Crochan sooner, I'd have less gray hairs and more time smooth cruising in my new Tucson. #1 Crochan for the win

Service
My 2017 Hyundai Sonata’s engine light came on and I had to have it towed to Cochran Hyundai. They were very busy and originally told me they wouldn’t be able to look at my car for a few weeks. I spoke to Dan in service and in 2 days he called to tell me my car was ready. He also called the day after I picked up my car to make sure it was good.

Great dealership, price and staff
I was searching for a new vehicle for months, I stopped by Hyundai in Monroeville glad I did. I saw the Santa Fe XRT on the showroom floor and fell in love. The staff there went above and beyond with no pressure to buy but there to assist me with any questions. The team and Don helped me get into the perfect vehicle for me and my family, and for a great price with no hidden fees, amazing warranty and a low APR. My wife and I are very glad we went here to get our new vehicle. I am telling everyone to make the drive to buy a Hyundai from here.

Great service and great deal
My salesman was Vic and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted to purchase. He and the finance manager explained everything, answered all our questions and were very considerate. this is the third vehicle I have bought from Cochran and very satisfied with each purchase.

Always Happy with the Service!
I have no complaints about Cochran's Service Team. Everyone is always very pleasant and accommodating and they let me use my coupons to saving a few pennies.

Tucson Hybrid
We worked with Shawn on getting a Tucson Hybrid, which is very hard to get. We ordered in June and Got in September, just like promised! The transaction was very easy, Shawn was always available for questions. During pickup, Shawn explained EVERYTHING to us about the cars features. #1 Cochran is def #1 in my book. Thanks again Shawn!

My experience with Cochran Hyundai!!!
Cochran Hyundai is definitely #1. I was very pleased with the ease of obtaining the lease of my 2022 Tuscan. When my car was due for it’s first oil change, the scheduling department worked around my schedule to bring it in. I received an oil change, fluids checked and filled, tires rotated, and a car wash. All of which was done as a complimentary visit. Everyone at Hyundai from my salesman, finance manager, and service team has been extremely helpful and kind. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
