I purchased my car new 5 years ago at #1 Cochran Monroeville. The dealership and Hyundai Service is phenomenal. I always take my car to Cochran for any... service I need. I trust them totally. The work they do is spot on. Everyone is respectful and helpful and they have never tried to rip me off or try and get me to pay for something I don't need. They work with you and try to help out. Keep up the good work.
I had service scheduled for a state inspection, emissions and an oil change. After the scheduling, my check engine light came on. Both Bob and Troy spoke... to me on the phone and had me bring the car in. The mechanic found the issue and explained what had occurred. The issue was covered under warranty and I used a coupon for discounts on the other services. The staff was wonderful in their dealing with me and had me on my way. I have purchased more than 14 cars for my family and me from Cochran over the years and sales, service and parts have always provided top-notch care! When I'm ready for my next vehicle, I'll go to Cochran.
It had been three years since my last car shopping experience and since my lease was up, it was time to shop again. Lee is the only dealer I will work... with - he is professional, knowledgeable, and to the point. I told him what I was looking for in a new vehicle and was planning to stay with the Hyundai brand - he got to work quickly in finding me a new vehicle. My time was limited in picking up my new vehicle - I went out on a Saturday morning and completed the entire trade-in process in less than an hour! The entire team was on the ball, including Don who went over all of the features of my new car in great detail and Heather who thoroughly covered all of the paperwork I was signing. I could not have asked for a better experience and drove off the lot with a smile on my face.

I have purchased 2 cars from Cochran Hyundai and I also have all of my service/repair work done on site. I continue to be a customer because I have grown... to trust that the staff is committed to serving in my best interest. Without exception, I have had the highest praises for the professionalism of the staff and the excellent quality of their work. I sincerely appreciate how thoroughly they evaluate my vehicle every time I am there: They give me a printout of the report that shows the status of my tires, brakes, etc. so I have an idea how soon to expect future routine maintenance. Most recently I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. As the work was being done, the service advisor, Dale, came to me to see if I would also like to have the state inspection done while I was there as it was due next month. I appreciate very much that they saved me time and a second appointment. Also, their waiting area is very comfortable and very clean which is important to me because I prefer to wait while the service is being performed. I am so thankful to have a dealership I can trust.

This was our first time buying a car online. We would have preferred to have bought it in person but due the COVID-19 restrictions that was not possible.... Don Dressler and the Cochran Monroeville Team did a great job under circumstances they had to deal with. Would have given all 5 stars but due to the restrictions we did not really get to see much of the Facilities and the buying process would have been much better if would could have actually been able to interface with Don. They did a great job regardless and gave us the best attention that they could. Great deal, friendly service and a painless experience.

When checking in at the counter I had a very nice person. He went over all of the services I requested - oil change, tire rotation and a recall. The... wait was not long before I was called that the car was done. To my surprise he told me they did not do a tire rotation because the best tires were on the front. I was impressed with the honesty of your Service Department. Overall a good experience!
