Bryan Perez was wonderful to work with. He was professional and courteous at all times. He listened to my needs carefully which was refreshing because I had been to other dealerships who did not. This is the 3rd new car I have purchased from Boucher
This is the 3rd new car I have purchased from Boucher Hyundai. I am a FL resident and it woukd be easier to purchase and tag a new car in FL. But I chose to use the pleasant attitude and knowledgible service of your sales department instead. I have used Darlene Larsen twice. She cheerfully answers all of my technical questions at time of purchase and even throughout my ownership of the vehicle. And in the rare instance she doesn't know the answer she will find out and get back to me.

My car had a warranty repair and it took 2 months from start to end. Alex was clear and thorough in his explanations, step by step. He got me a (few) loaner as soon as he could which was great - both super nice cars.

I am not a fan of dealerships that do not fully inform
I am not a fan of dealerships that do not fully inform customers. I bought a 2024 Kona on 10/31/24 and took possession on 11/1/24. I got a chip in the windshield and checked to see if warranty covered this. Imagine my surprise when I found out the warranty started 4/1/24! The car lost 7 months of warranty sitting on the lot. When checking on this, the salesman knew nothing about your so-called program of starting a car’s warranty before sale. I don’t know if this is legal but it’s certainly unethical.
