Buying the vehicle was the easiest process. They would say anything to make the deal. They claim they back up their name but as soon as you drive off the... lot, they do not care about you or your business. They don't know about their vehicles they just want to make money. I will never go back nor do i refer this business

I went to Car Point because they had a car I was very interested in. The car was just as they said it would be. We drove off with the car the very next... day, happy as could be. There was one issue with the car and Chris was very quick to get it fixed at minimal cost to us.

I just want to say that this is a good and honest place to go if you need a car. I bought a 02 ranger about 4 months now it looked great, runs great, and... still does. I found the truck on the cars.com web site I called the place ahead of time to get the process moving faster because I was in a bit of a time crunch, Cristiane was ready when I got there and the entire process took about 30 minutes including me taking the truck to the mechanic to get it checked out first. I was super impressed. I paid cash straight up and only lacked one payment which they gave me 30 days to pay. Overall my experience with this place was better than any car buying experience to date, no shadiness, no hiding facts, an overall great place.
Emailed Car Point several times but received no response to emails or request for carfax. Drove 160 miles round trip and when we reached the dealer, no... one ever came out to greet us. We looked at the exterior of the 2009 Nissan Murano with 35K miles only to find the back passenger door and front left quarter-panel out of alignment with the rest of the car indicating frame damage. We left and no one ever did try to help us. Terrible customer service.
Dear Christina We are sorry for your uncomfortable experience with us. Different from big dealers, we don't have salesperson (we don't push people to... buy our cars !!!) ..... It is just me and my wife. Sometimes we are dealing with a customer inside the office and don't leave this customer alone to start with a new one..... We think it is not polite. If you had entered our office you would feel how nice we are with our customers. We have many coming back for a second and third purchase !! About that 2009 Murano, it seems your knowledge it is not accurate. That vehicle is not a frame damage (check Carfax). The only issue was a minor accident on the rear left door and the price and mileage were the best in a range of 100 miles. I really believe this was a very good deal and probably this made you drive 160 miles to check it out.
