Worst ever car dealer and sales person

Worst Ever experience with this dealer. They promised to sell the car and was ready to take the deposit from me but the car was sold to someone else and they tried to block me. This dealer is making money by making customers fool. Avoid any deal with this person. Sales man name is John most un-professional person

Recall delays

Dealerships positive aspect is that they’re local. We had to wait months before we could even get it looked at and then we had to return two weeks later to get the part installed. This is probably not the dealers fault but you would think that Hyundai could have handled it better. We lived for months not knowing if our car would catch fire.

Because my husband has serious health issues, I can not leave him alone for very long. Brenham Hyundai gave me a shuttle ride home when I took my car in for a service recall. When my car was ready, they delivered it to my door. That kind of service goes above and beyond usual services, and I am so grateful for their consideration of my husband’s needs. Would be 5 start if not for convience charge. Paid suggested retail, plus convience chg. I understand market conditions but do not like the inflation. Researched Hyundai extensively and the Sierra Cruz put together in Georgia. USA was contributing factor for my first Hyundai.
