We have purchased three new vehicles from this dealership. Service under warranty has been very good, customer service has been excellent. My experience... for the purchase is to be prepared, know the current offers and get a price on your trade in before you go in to make your purchase.
Had full service, Happy with the friendly atmosphere, and customer service did a great job explaining everything that they did to my car. Only thing needs... improvement is the on-line scheduling.
My diagnosis was inaccurate so when I finally was told one amount it was completely different from my final / actual price. The manager was no helpful.... I will NOT take any vehicle to get service there.
They fail to give all correct positive and true information they will not compromise the customer when it's their fault. I had a problem I have complained... they have refused to do anything except for me to come out of my pocket and pay what I should have received when I purchased the car
Wow! We bought a new Santa Fe Sport today. The whole process was easy, professional, and felt like we were buying from friends. No shady, high pressure... tactics, or games. Jay was our salesman, and Jake followed up with explaining all the amazing features in my new car.

Jake Perry was the salesperson I dealt with. He had an excellent attitude and was very helpful, courteous and informative. He did not try any high pressure... sales tactics which I appreciated. At first I wanted a used car but he convinced me to take a good deal on a new Accent. Jake is an excellent asset to the Hyundai team. Because of him I would recommend Hyundai of Brenham to anyone looking for a new/used car.
