I called this dealership and was hung up on numerous times. I kept calling and finally spoke with Cody (one of the managers per him). He told me all about the phone system being down etc. and finally I spoke to him about the car issue. He stated someone from the service department would contact me within days. Still waiting on that call! In the meantime, Hyundai of Huntsville was so helpful in getting the car into the service shop. Thank you Bentley of Huntsville service department. Bypass Decatur Hyundai.

I saw the sign, that said they fix all makes and models, so I pulled in with my Mazda and fixed me up and got me back on the road quickly. Love these guys! Brynn was awesome!

Found a vehicle on the internet at the dealership’s website that I was interested in purchasing. Call and spoke to a salesman about it and committed to the salesman that I was coming to look at the vehicle . Text salesman two pieces of info before leaving home. The dealership is two hours away from my home. Was in communications with the salesman via phone and text while in route. Once I got to the dealership, I immediately test drove the vehicle and completing some paperwork. After sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes on the appraisal of my trade was being done and while waiting on credit application to be processed, the sales manager came to the desk were I was sitting and was told that the vehicle was sold to another customer!! Four hours of driving for nothing! General manager offered no apologies, only kept saying ‘We don’t hold cars’. Folks, that’s not how to treat customers!! So if you are still crazy enough to do business with this dealership, I suggest hold on to the keys of the vehicle until you have actually bought it!!!
This dealership would be a joke in bad taste, but it's not funny. You can NOT get the price they advertise. You will be promised, but when the final signature (of many) is to be given - the price is thousands (THOUSANDS!) more than stated. The reasons are many, but the results are consistent.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!!!
**IF YOU ARE THINKING OF PURCHASING A CAR FROM Hyaundai of Decatur READ THIS FIRST!!!** Let me tell you all about this wonderful place.... I should have just walked away when I heard the woman beside me talking about everything she has replaced in the short time shes owned her car she bought from them. I came to Hyaundai of Decatur to purchase a car to drive back and forth to college, I was in the market for something dependable and good on gas. I was shown a 2013 Chevy Cruze with 60,000 miles on it, I test drove it and it seemed fine. Long story short I ended up purchasing it. NOT EVEN two weeks after buying the car the check engine light comes on, wanna know why? Because they cleared all the engine codes and they didnt show back up until the computer found the problem again. Well the next day this hunk of junk tears up, the car wont even start. Frantically, I call hyaundai and they said to bring it in and they would have a look at it. The next day I did just that, I hung around Decatur waiting on them to diagnose the problem. 4 HOURS later I still havent heard a word, I called up to the service department and they told me it was done to come pick it up. I get there and ask the service manager what the problem was and he said "I dont know, we dont have the tools to work on Chevy cars here" and turns and walks away so here i am with a piece of junk car $13,000 in debt and theres nothing I can do about it! But wait theres more!! My axle seal started leaking right after this and they claim to cover anything drive train under 100,000 miles well wouldnt you think the axle seal pertains to that? Nope according to them it does not! But wait theres more!! The car will flash its lights and crank itself with the ignition turned OFF, possessed much? BUT WAIT IT GETS BETTER!!! I personally get in contact with the store manager and tell him everything that has went on and he apologizes tells me to come in and he'll fix everything.(what a lie!) He proceeds to tell me to find a car on their University website and they will gladly buy the Cruze back from me. 6 months later I found the car I wanted contacted them yet again and they told me to come up there and we'll get it taken care of. I go up there sit down with a salesman and he tells me that they never said they would buy the car back from me that I would have to trade it in on a car that's $20,000 or more plus the $4,000 dollar negative equity I was going to receive from the trade in value on the Cruze. At this point I tell them I cant afford a $24,000 dollar payment because I just bought a house, so I dont know what to do because they told me they would buy my Cruze back. GET THIS the salesman said "well do you have full coverage and GAP insurance on it?" I said yes... he says "well you can burn it to the ground" I jumped back and said im not doing that he then said well you can always surrender it its only 30 points on you credit score. After that I got up and left. DO NOT do business with these crooks it will be the best decision you will ever make!
