I used to be very fond of this place and it felt like they cared about me and the car, now it feels like it’s about commission and making money. In the last 6 months I’ve taken my 2018 Tucson there for a terrible noise and bad ride. It’s been there half a dozen times and I replaced everything recommended without a question. I take it there for an inspection now and told my brakes and tires fail.. why didn’t they see this during the time looking for my bad ride and terrible noise. I say ok, I’ll go do the brakes myself and come back to get new tires and another inspection. I went home to change the pads and rotors, to find they looked totally fine and I measured them with one of the scales to check them and I was double the legal limit for inspection which is grounds for a warning but not a fail. So I took it to another shop immediately who passed me with a warning that I should have them changed soon. Finding this company is becoming dishonest and looking for all the sales they can get. For whatever reason I don’t know but I will not be returning here again for sure.

My name is Dan and I had excellent service from Mary in the Service Department. I made an appointment and my car was taken into the service bay right away. Mary spoke to me during my visit to let me know it will not be much longer. She offered me coffee and a snack bar when I first arrived. It wasn't much longer and my car was ready. Great Service dept. Terrible Sales dept.
This one-star review is specifically relating to the sales staff. The service department here is fantastic and they always go above and beyond to make the whole experience as painless as possible. Now for the bad part. About a week or so ago (a few days before New Year), we dropped our Santa Fe Sport here for the required service and since it was fully paid-for and about 5 years old, we decided that it might be time to trade it in for a newer version of the same model, especially since it wasn't doing very well as a front-wheel drive in the snow/ice. So we walked to the showroom floor and hung around and most of the sales people just ignored us. I assume it's because they figured we were just trying to kill time while the service was taking place. Eventually, one salesman walked by and casually asked if we needed help so we told him we were having our SUV serviced but that we were considering upgrading. He quickly informed us that they didn't have any in stock and said that they had a couple coming in the following week but they were already accounted for. He asked what our timeline was and we said we were looking for something fairly quickly as we'd recently moved to New England and our FWD wasn't handling the icy roads very well. He checked his computer for any nearby models and quickly said he couldn't find any. And that was it ... He never offered to put us on any kind of waiting list. He never offered to find a suitable option out of state and have me pay for delivery. he never offered to allow me to customize one and wait for it to be built. He just left it as "I can't help you." So we left. On our way home, we drove passed the Jeep dealership on the following corner and ended up trading in the car we'd just serviced for a $50k Trailhawk. We paid the difference in cash on the spot and left with our new car. The irony is that we were always originally planning on just getting the newer AWD version of the Santa Fe but, because the salesman was reluctant to take us seriously and assumed we were just wasting his time while our car was getting serviced, they ended up losing out on a sale. The most frustrating part is that, after getting home, I checked their website and they had (and still do) multiple Santa Fe's available for "Quick Order" on their site and quite a few newer pre-owned ones. I guess they'd all already hit their targets for the 2021 year so they couldn't be bothered with our sale.

Great service experience. All staff was friendly and courteous. Scott the service manager called me promptly before any work to discuss a coupon I had dropped off, eliminating any surprise charges or expectations. Very happy, much improved service than earlier visits.

said car needed ball joints - it did not
I was told that both ball joints needed replacement. Fortunately they did not have the parts in stock. The next day I went to my tire/alignment guys. They said there was so little play in my front end that they could not recommend replacing any parts in the front end.

Give car dealers a bad rep
Lied about everything, didn’t know what they were selling, need to educate their employees, think that they can ignore their wrongs. Horrible experience and will never go back.
2019 Kona sold "as is"
My sister, age 75, who has trouble thinking was sold a "new" 2019 Kona 2 wks. ago. The day after she bought it, I called and spoke with the general sales manager Joe on behalf of my sister. She realized one day later that she had made a mistake since there were issues with car that were not a good fit for her. She wanted to go to dealer, test drive other models, and perhaps get a better car for her. The manager refused. He yelled at me and told me NO! Yesterday, my sister found the sales agreement and told me it stated a two day guarantee --a "no worry" exchange clause. Now it is too late. Don't buy anything from this dealership unless you read *everything " thoroughly.....New car included. And don't fall for the high pressure, "this is the right car for you" sales pitch. Buyer Beware.
