We had found their inventory on line and sent some price request. The were responded to in about 30 minutes, by two different people from the dealer. The... main point here is, it was after hours for the dealership, but yet they responded. The next day we went in, meet chuck, our salesman. He and the staff there went above and beyond to bring a deal to us at the rates and price we were looking at. And then got it lowered again at financing . the whole process was very smooth.

We needed a car that my wife, who has had two knee replacements, can easily get into and out of. We had seen Kia Souls on the road, and they appeared... to have a high enough seat to work for her. We visited Martin Swanty Kia "just to see if it was comfortable for her." We were met by Tony, a salesman who was more than helpful. He answered our questions, and we ended up taking a test drive. Tony NEVER applied any pressure, instead letting the car sell itself. We asked for a price, and were given a very good price with no haggling. We knew not to buy it on the spot, needing some time to discuss the purchase and do some comparison shopping. Tony was fine with that, and encouraged us to come back with any questions, or to purchase the car. I spoke to another dealer, a much more typical, high pressure, lots of haggling, dealer, and was not able to significantly beat MKS's deal, and after the ease of dealing with MKS and Tony, I wouldn't have bought a car from the other dealer in any case. We called Tony and worked out the details over the phone, and picked up the car within two hours of the phone call.
