Stay away from this place

went shopping for a vehicle in my neighborhood as to support local businesses i stopped in road master2 to purchase a vehicle. When going through the price with sales rep he told me if i paid cash it cost over $3000 more than the ad price. Just got up walked out found a better dealer on northern blvd with no games.

Charging for a no cost warranty

Bought a 2019 Honda civic which is a good car charged me $2000 for a warranty that turns out to be a warranty that was no charge to you put the $2000 in my purchase price which was very slick beware of buying a car from them they have very fraud ways. There reply to me was they didn't make me buy the car but they won't sell me the car unless I purchase this warranty.

Mustang

Waste of my time. The prices of the cars they advertise online aren't Out The Door prices. Beware. But that's to be expected. I understand car stealerships have to make money, but this particular dealership went overboard. A $3,000.00 inspection fee? Get real! Not to mention they tried to charge a doc fee of $600.00 when it's capped in New York at $75.00. Nearly $5,000 in additional fees. If you want to go in just to check out cars, have at it. Don't be pressured into buying a car for thousands of dollars extra.. Just don't do it. You'll regret it.

TERRIBLE

The advertised price for any vehicle they sell is false advertising. Benjamin will tell you that one thing and then turn around try to add in additional costs for the vehicle for fees. They are a shady dealership. Went in to buy a Honda, they gave me the run around as to why the price skyrocketed for the vehicle at the sale of signing. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL!! STAY FAR AWAY EVEN IF YOU THINK THE DEAL IS SWEET, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!

false advertising

List car prices cheaper and then adds on 3k when are signing documents and tells you it’s a mandatory warranty fee.

Lazy rude and careless

Sorry for this long story but I just want everyone to know who they will potentially be doing business with and I hope you read enough to get to the appalling part. I am interested in an Impala and my lady wants a Mazda6. They listed two nice Mazda6 at a certain price and we were very interested. We get to the spot and noticed they did also have an Impala in the lot. I tell one guy I am interested in Mazda’s for her and Impala for myself but I want to check them in person. Guy says great no problem and gives me my space. After checking these 3 cars and a few other just out of curiosity I realize majority of these cars have tons of cosmetic damage and all of the interiors are filthy AND not one of the cars that I saw online had the same or similar price on the window . Scratches and a dent here and there didn’t bother me but realizing how lazy they were about the about cleaning the cars gave me an idea of how careless they were. Still interested so I asked the guy if I could start one of the Mazda’s. He said sure gave the key and then proceeded to help another customer. When I was finished I see another guy just standing around so I go to him instead give him the key and say I also want to check the Impala. AFTER THIS POINT WE WERE STRONGLY CONSIDERING GETTING BOTH CARS. BOTH!!! My lady says before we talk about purchasing she wants to check the last Mazda so I go to back to the second guy and say “hey thank you for your time I would like to try that last Mazda before we talk”. Maybe I said something wrong and too bad on him for not taking the time to understand my intentions as I explained to the first guy because he replied “NO! NO MORE CARS FOR YOU!” lmao what?!?! “Excuse me? Are you telling me you have a problem with me checking your products?” “Ya you go from the Mazda to the Impala and now you want to go back to another Mazda...THEY ARE TOTALLY DIFFERENT CARS WHY DO YOU HAVE TO COMPARE THEM?” Does that make sense to anyone??? “I don’t like the way the first Mazda ran and I want to look at the other one before we talk business.” “NONONO! If you want to business then fine but no more cars for you. You waste my time.” He made it a scene and the original guy who greeted me is a bit further away with the other customer trying to wave him off “HEY IDIOT STOP ACTING LIKE AN xxx! HE IS INTERESTED IN GETTING TWO CARS FROM US!!!” I made he contact with the first man shrugged my shoulders in disappointment and me and my lady bounced..

The listed price is not real. Only used as a lure

I contacted this dealer several times trying to get an out the door price on a vehicle and a cash price up front. They will not quote you a true price, but will insist you come in and speak to a manager. That is why the car seems like such a good deal, the advertised price is not what they are willing to sell it to you for, it's just to lure you in to the dealership.
