These are the car salesmen that have earned the slimy
These are the car salesmen that have earned the slimy reputation we all know...COMPLETE xxxxxxxx! The car they sold my wife in mid December 2023 has thus far needed almost $6k worth of maintenance including damage from a collision we were not informed of! She trusted that their "35 point inspection" was viable and bought the car. The "check engine" bulb was NOT illuminated during the test drive, but there were engine codes in the computer. They most likely just reset the computer before she got there (she had called ahead about the car.) The base cost of the vehicle was $4,799.00. We had to spend $5,641.70 in repairs, at our local Kia dealership, to the vehicle that we had owned for just over 3 months. The "amazing" service plan they offer through Xtended Auto, Cornerstone, continuously denied to pay for any of these issues except a single $349 dollar payment for a lesser issue with this vehicle. Bayside did nothing...NOTHING to help with the car. When I first called them to address these issues we had already spent just over $3.5k in repairs. Their manager (Brock) told me they wouldn't help with these bills in any way by saying, and I'm quoting him, "We will never pay a Kia bill." After filling a complaint with the attorney general's office I was contacted by a representative from Bayside (John) and we made an agreement that they would pay a specified amount to help cover these repairs. The representative I dealt with said the check was printed and ready, but the manager I previously had a heated conversation with (Brock) refused to honor our agreement. Zero stars would be far too many. These people are absolute and complete monsters. DO NOT TRUST BAYSIDE AUTO SALES!

Horrible experience!
Horrible experience! Paid way too much for a truck I've had to pay thousands bringing up to par for things they should've done before selling. The entire truck was "band-aided" which they were well aware of. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Bought Toyota RAV4 from Matthew
Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I was able to find a very nice Toyota RAV4, that I’ve always wanted! Matthew was absolutely amazing. He was very welcoming and didn’t push any aspect of the deal on me whatsoever. He was extremely patient and very easy to work with. He made my buying experience extremely easy and fun which was a blessing because of all the stress I was feeling over my situation.

Don't buy from Bayside
Do not trust Bayside they will lie to your face. Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze and was told after the engine light popped on a week later that they likely disabled it. Little did I know this would be the first of many issues I have been having with my car.

I had a very good experience and would recommend.
I had a good overall experience all the times I've been there, I was helped out by this nice gentleman named Joe. He helped with me purchasing a car and he also helped with my licenses plate and any questions I had he was able to answer.

fraudulent dealer!!!!
led in thinking they had the vehicle I was looking for. It was a scam. They never had it to begin with and upon arrival they immediately tried to sell me a different vehicle.

Best experience at a car dealership I have ever had.
Best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Told Manny (might be spelled wrong) what I could afford as far as payments, and he made it happen. No pressure, nobody approached me when I got out of my car and the loan department was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I love the experience and would go back if I ever needed another car!

Not to be trusted - get an inspection!
I wanted to be happy with my experience buying a car from Bayside. Initially, I was, even though there wasn't really any wiggle room on price (Thanks to low car inventory) it was overall pleasant and I left thinking I made a good deal and had a great used car to adventure in. Fast forward 4 months I took the car in due to some water leaks in the back windows and an oil change. Sounds like the water leak was a problem for a while and was hidden from me, the vehicle has MAJOR oil leaks that definitely started prior to my ownership, and the AC was MISSING parts and has to basically be rebuilt. After fixing my windows and getting diagnostics for everything else ($900 right there) I'm looking at $3,000 MORE in repairs (this is not including needing to replace the timing belt, that cost me $2100) Considering the dealership had their own mechanic look at and work on the car prior to me buying, there is no way the oil leak and missing AC parts were not known about. Ethically, this information should be disclosed to buyers! Legally, the condition of the car was misrepresented and these people were not honest with me. I would not have purchased this vehicle had I known the extensive amount of work that needed to be done. I feel completely scammed and I will be moving forward with complaints with the BBB and attorney general's office. So far I have spent $3,000 repairing windows and the timing belt, I still have $3,000 left to rebuild the AC and fix the oil leaks. KBB value of my vehicle is $4,000.
