LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!

LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! If you have been ripped off by these crooks like my wife and I were file a complaint with the attorney general's office. Here is the website: https://www.atg.wa.gov/consumer-issues These are the car salesmen that have earned the slimy reputation we all know...COMPLETE xxxxxxxx! The car they sold my wife roughly three weeks ago needs almost $6k worth of maintenance including damage from a collision we were not informed of! The "amazing" warranty company they work with will cover NONE OF IT! She trusted that their "35 point inspection" was viable and bought the car. The "check engine" bulb was NOT illuminated during the test drive, but there were engine codes in the computer. They most likely just reset the computer before she got there (she had called ahead) DO NOT TRUST THESE THIEVES.

Bought Toyota RAV4 from Matthew

Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I was able to find a very nice Toyota RAV4, that I’ve always wanted! Matthew was absolutely amazing. He was very welcoming and didn’t push any aspect of the deal on me whatsoever. He was extremely patient and very easy to work with. He made my buying experience extremely easy and fun which was a blessing because of all the stress I was feeling over my situation.

Don't buy from Bayside

Do not trust Bayside they will lie to your face. Bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze and was told after the engine light popped on a week later that they likely disabled it. Little did I know this would be the first of many issues I have been having with my car.

I had a very good experience and would recommend.

I had a good overall experience all the times I've been there, I was helped out by this nice gentleman named Joe. He helped with me purchasing a car and he also helped with my licenses plate and any questions I had he was able to answer.

fraudulent dealer!!!!

led in thinking they had the vehicle I was looking for. It was a scam. They never had it to begin with and upon arrival they immediately tried to sell me a different vehicle.

Best experience at a car dealership I have ever had.

Best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Told Manny (might be spelled wrong) what I could afford as far as payments, and he made it happen. No pressure, nobody approached me when I got out of my car and the loan department was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I love the experience and would go back if I ever needed another car!

Not to be trusted - get an inspection!

I wanted to be happy with my experience buying a car from Bayside. Initially, I was, even though there wasn't really any wiggle room on price (Thanks to low car inventory) it was overall pleasant and I left thinking I made a good deal and had a great used car to adventure in. Fast forward 4 months I took the car in due to some water leaks in the back windows and an oil change. Sounds like the water leak was a problem for a while and was hidden from me, the vehicle has MAJOR oil leaks that definitely started prior to my ownership, and the AC was MISSING parts and has to basically be rebuilt. After fixing my windows and getting diagnostics for everything else ($900 right there) I'm looking at $3,000 MORE in repairs (this is not including needing to replace the timing belt, that cost me $2100) Considering the dealership had their own mechanic look at and work on the car prior to me buying, there is no way the oil leak and missing AC parts were not known about. Ethically, this information should be disclosed to buyers! Legally, the condition of the car was misrepresented and these people were not honest with me. I would not have purchased this vehicle had I known the extensive amount of work that needed to be done. I feel completely scammed and I will be moving forward with complaints with the BBB and attorney general's office. So far I have spent $3,000 repairing windows and the timing belt, I still have $3,000 left to rebuild the AC and fix the oil leaks. KBB value of my vehicle is $4,000.

Salesman wasn't transparent with me

Was interested in buying a vehicle here. After agreeing to purchase the truck. Salesman comes back with initial payment schedule. The payment did not add up correctly to the numbers given. Found out that they had tacked on GAP and Warranty but kept denying it. After going round and round, sales manager came to the desk and finally admitted to me that they had tacked on additional things to the loan. I ended up walking away from the purchase. Honesty goes a long with with me and I felt like I was lied to and could never regain the trust with them.
