fraudulent dealer!!!!

led in thinking they had the vehicle I was looking for. It was a scam. They never had it to begin with and upon arrival they immediately tried to sell me a different vehicle.

Best experience at a car dealership I have ever had.

Best experience at a car dealership I have ever had. Told Manny (might be spelled wrong) what I could afford as far as payments, and he made it happen. No pressure, nobody approached me when I got out of my car and the loan department was so friendly and really went above and beyond to make it happen for me. I love the experience and would go back if I ever needed another car!

Not to be trusted - get an inspection!

I wanted to be happy with my experience buying a car from Bayside. Initially, I was, even though there wasn't really any wiggle room on price (Thanks to low car inventory) it was overall pleasant and I left thinking I made a good deal and had a great used car to adventure in. Fast forward 4 months I took the car in due to some water leaks in the back windows and an oil change. Sounds like the water leak was a problem for a while and was hidden from me, the vehicle has MAJOR oil leaks that definitely started prior to my ownership, and the AC was MISSING parts and has to basically be rebuilt. After fixing my windows and getting diagnostics for everything else ($900 right there) I'm looking at $3,000 MORE in repairs (this is not including needing to replace the timing belt, that cost me $2100) Considering the dealership had their own mechanic look at and work on the car prior to me buying, there is no way the oil leak and missing AC parts were not known about. Ethically, this information should be disclosed to buyers! Legally, the condition of the car was misrepresented and these people were not honest with me. I would not have purchased this vehicle had I known the extensive amount of work that needed to be done. I feel completely scammed and I will be moving forward with complaints with the BBB and attorney general's office. So far I have spent $3,000 repairing windows and the timing belt, I still have $3,000 left to rebuild the AC and fix the oil leaks. KBB value of my vehicle is $4,000.

Courteous not pushy.

Courteous not pushy. Well versed in particular in equipment manufacture of discussed vehicle and though interior design generaly ùsed in a specific application could understand my interest in owning car purchase

I just bought a car a few days ago. If you choose Bayside Auto, I highly recommend talking with Sammy Newman, she is amazing, she is the nicest car sales person I ever came across. So, if you choose Bayside, be sure to talk to Sammy, she will help you out the BEST !!!

Salesman wasn't transparent with me

Was interested in buying a vehicle here. After agreeing to purchase the truck. Salesman comes back with initial payment schedule. The payment did not add up correctly to the numbers given. Found out that they had tacked on GAP and Warranty but kept denying it. After going round and round, sales manager came to the desk and finally admitted to me that they had tacked on additional things to the loan. I ended up walking away from the purchase. Honesty goes a long with with me and I felt like I was lied to and could never regain the trust with them.

SM from Edmonds

Greg was awesome he is so friendly and wanted to make sure that I got a vehicle that was reliable for me and my family. Everyone there was really nice and they made me feel like I mattered..

Bought a Lemon from Bayside Auto

I truly believe that Bayside spitshined the F350 I purchased from them a few years ago. They probably got it from an auction. They told me the brakes had all been done. After a few weeks I had them checked before going on a road trip with the family and found that the brakes had not been done. Only the front pads replaced. Back brakes were metal on metal. Truck was a mess. Spent thousands in repairs and finally sold it for a loss. Wont buy from Bayside again.

Definitely Check Them Out!!

Bought a used vehicle there last Friday. Eddie was amazing! Got me a better deal than I was expecting due to my circumstances and made the process very painless. They also have a referral program so sending your family or friends there helps both of you. I will be using them again in future.
