The truck I bought had 9% rear brakes and a broken DEF

The truck I bought had 9% rear brakes and a broken DEF filter tube. Only one key and that stuck in the ignition. Obviously they did not either check the vehicle out or just didn’t care and figured I was dumb enough to accept it. The brakes were not fixed. Reluctantly they fixed the filler tube after three weeks. When I drove 130 miles to have the filler tube repaired, the salesman that sold me the truck walked right by without even acknowledging me. Do not buy from this dealer.

Buyer beware of this dealership!

Buyer beware of this dealership! The worst customer service I've ever dealt with! Ellis (finance) and Pete(service) knew we'd be coming to pick up our vehicle after warranty work had been done. Our SUV was left in 2 feet of ice and snow and we had to get it towed out of the spot it was left in! Not cleaned off or moved for pickup! I called and left two messages and both ignored! If u want to get blown off, buy at uvanni motors! If you want real customer service from people who value ypur business, run from uvanni motors because they could care less!!!

Bought a truck with 34500 miles on it and have put a 1000

Bought a truck with 34500 miles on it and have put a 1000 $ in it out of pocket had it 6 day wouldn t start post and hot wire going to starter rotted off dash screen blacking out the cab mount grounds were rotted almost off fix it my self this truck is a toilet if u buy it there and it brakes down u have to pay to have it towed there will be getting rid of it in spring they should hire a good mechanics to look these vehicles over better before they leave there

Very thankful to Gary.

Very thankful to Gary. He got my granddaughter out of a large car payment & was able to sell it. He advised us that she was also due a refund on something that we would have never known about. He knows his business.

LEMON LAW CRIME do not buy vehicle from this location!

LEMON LAW CRIME do not buy vehicle from this location!!!! Please find another location to spend you hard earned money …. My son purchased vehicle months and had to take back to be fixed they still have car after more than a month… he is on second loan payment on vehicle he does not have … they made deal on another vehicle then did not honor it by holding purchase order hostage from bank… they asked to remove previous posts till they took care of situation but again weeks later they have not made contact or even updates ….NYS are being contacted they may not be in business in near future so don’t waste your time on this business

STAY AWAY

Dishonest Dealer, will not stand behind what they sell. You bought it it’s yours. 2011 Jeep Wrangler Jeep Sport Unlimited Bad motor !!! Wonderful jeep they claimed. Ought before Christmas last year 200 Miles on it and it still sets in the shop and will not help get a new notor in it. This is the worst car dealership in my 71 yrs on this earth

Very Satisfied

A relative of mine recently passed and I needed to sell his car. I had advertised it as "for sale by owner". Gary saw the ad and called me up, expressing an interest to purchase the vehicle. We agreed on a price and the transaction went quickly and professionally. The dealership took out all the paperwork hassles that I would have had to do. Gary is personable and reasonable. I had a very positive experience and would not hesitate to use this dealership again.

Nice pre-owned 2020 Dodge Grand Caravan

Saw a van online that Uvanni Motors was offering. I liked the description and the price seemed fair. We went there and bought the van with Philip helping. The only discrepancy noted was that the online description said it had heated seats which is one of the main reasons I chose to drive an hour away to buy this vehicle. I decided to buy it anyways because everything else was as described even though the van does not have heated seats. Phil was very helpful even giving us lunch and bank directions while they went to get the van registered. When an issued popped up with a previous lein, they slapped on a dealer plate so we could drive the van home. Everything else was as described except for the incorrect heated seat description which is the only reason the above rating is only a four. They are a friendly, professional establishment and will use them again if they have another vehicle I'm interested in.

Will buy our next vehicle here

Had a great experience. I inquired on a Sunday and Sunday even I received a phone call from a sales representative (Philip) who was extremely helpful. Drive up from Albany area to Rome the next day. My husband and I test drove a handful of trucks and Philip was nothing but amazing. Ellis the finance guy was so down to earth and honest. It made the whole experience a great one. Even the owner came out (not knowing at the time he was the owner) and chatted away with us.

Will buy our next vehicle here

lost customers

not impressed, a salesman who tries to do business between 9 and 10 pm via texting, then absolutely refuses to come down $2000 online when you click the "make an offer" tab. says the "internet price" is the lowest they can go. why have a "make an offer" tab? defeats the purpose if you asked me. told him that he just lost a sale and my business as well as family and friends. all i got as a response, was "have a good night". must be they dont need to sell the vehicles on the lot, they must be rolling in the dough, to refuse an offer. sad fact is that i have been preapproved by my bank and am seriously looking to buy, not just kicking tires. at least i dont HAVE to have a vehicle, i can shop around because i want one. i just dont want to do business with idiots who dont know how to sell or keep business. NICE job in losing customers! way to go Uvanni!!!
