Colin and the whole staff are amazing, very welcoming and informative of all your needs and whatever it?s done on your vehicle. The facility is great if you have to wait for a while but you will be out of there quick.

Car was due annual oil change and recall of software update for rearview camera. It didn't go as expected but the service advisor kept me informed. Car was not washed after the oil change and software update. Car went in on Friday morning, I got it on Monday morning. I had issues with the previous service a year ago sadly this is the only Audi dealer in town so I have to use them.
