    Went for oil change, great service. They have tv and free coffee at the waiting area. Seems like buyers were having a pleasant time. I would recommend... anyone to do business with them. Friendly service and people.

    Agreed to terms at 11 am sat in waiting room until 7 still didn’t finalize the paperwork. Had to go back 3 days later to sign. Gave a deposit and... still haven’t received it back and it’s been a month. Do not buy here! Still can’t get a hold of the manager. Shady business. Will never buy a vehicle here again. It's now been 3 months and my bank still hasn't received a title or my plates. I call to find out why and when you finally get a hold of someone that knows anything they say I need a vin inspection. I get it done over a week ago the MVD mails it to them and they still haven't received it. I can't believe Audi Corporate would allow business to be conducted like this in they're name. I will never purchase an Audi!!

    Walked in to buy a new Audi Quatro and the salesman was courteous at first, but never followed up on the process. I called him, and he told me he'd... call me back but never did. So, I went to Hoy Mercedes and bought a beautiful Mercedes sedan.

    I had a bad experience buying from Garcia 2 years ago, but after being in bad accident where my Subaru was totaled and walking away without a scratch I... knew I was getting another one. This time I was imedietly great by one of the friendliest people I have ever met in El Paso, she seemed actually concerned about my accident and really listened to me. She knew more about Subaru then I did and we had a great conversation about them. I'm still waiting on my settlement to buy, but when I do, I'm definitely going to go here.

    Went to check out a Honda Element that looked great on pictures, but was very worn in person. Pices of plastic were falling off and there were scratches... all over.
