I would rate this dealer a 9.5 out of 10. That is extremely high for any used car dealership. I was approached by Mike early in the morning on a Saturday when I first arrived. He was personable and was cool about letting me test drive 2 vehicles. I really didn't think I was going to be able to purchase anything on the spot seeming I didn't have all my paperwork together or financing in order. Well, after he put me in an 08' 331i BWM fully loaded...I knew it was the car for me and I wanted to make a move to secure it right then and there. It took about 4 hours for the whole process to be competed and Mike was extremely patient with me. I did not sleep the night before because I was so excited just to test drive the cars. I got a very fair price for my 2010 Mazda matching what the Mazda dealer was quoting. So I took the plunge and I'm so grateful I did. Highline made a mistake with the contract which they admitted and corrected it immediately. This was after I signed the contract. So just goes to show you the type of people whom you are dealing with. The communication was pretty good after the sale too as I needed to make sure everything was good with my old vehicle and the title that was to be released to them. Have had my car for 1 full month putting about 2k miles on it. It has performed admirably and the best car I've ever owned/driven. No used car is perfect and I understand that, but I trust these guys to know what they are working with when they do buy a vehicle for their lot. I will certainly check them out again for any car purchase in the future and am hoping to have a very positive relationship going forward. I hope this post helps set the record straight as you can't please everyone, but these guys acted with integrity and honesty. Well done Highline Motors!

Horrible experience! Insulting, rude and prejudiced! Salesman Mike was a disgrace. Refused to allow my nephew to even test drive the vehicle we drove over 50 miles to see. Had a "mechanic" drive the car too fast, recklessly and practically smashed the car in their parking lot. Told us "buy the car first then drive it". And he was serious! Insanity. I believe this is a crooked dealership over what I have read. Buyer don't even be beware, keep driving, stay far away from this place.

Over the past 10 years I have bought 3 different vehicles from Peter at Highline. His vehicles are always clean and in excellent condition. Great experience every single time. If you are looking to find a reasonably priced, CLEAN (inside and out) vehicle then I suggest you give these folks a call.

We had been searching unsuccessfully for a BMW convertible in the area we live in. We found this car on their website. It was better than they described. The car was in excellent condition and very clean. Mike was very helpful and informative. The whole process was extremely easy and quick. We would highly recommend buying from them. Just bought a 2001 BMW and was very pleased with the whole process. No pushy sales, casual atmosphere and easy paperwork. We found a couple minor issues at the last minute (CD changer did not work and the oil level sensor was intermittently mis-reading) but it was too late in the day for them to work on it. I wanted to take it home that day, so they said bring it back whenever convenient for me. Two weeks later I stopped in and they repaired everything in an hour while I waited, no charge. They were very accommodating. Price was fair , service is good.

My wife and I flew in from Texas to purchase a 2002 Ford lightning pick-up.Truck is in fantastic shape,and the staff were very friendly and helpful.We had the vehicle shipped and it arrived in a timely manner.They even gave us a ride back to the airport.We would purchase another vehicle from them,and probably will in the near future.We are very happy with our purchase.Would definetly recommend.

The first car I bought from this dealership was a 2002 mini cooper s and it's a one of a kind track car. The sales men was straight up with me and told me what issues it had . I knew I was buying the car as is and I appreciated the honesty. The working staff is really easy going and you can't beat the pricing. The second car I purchased from this dealership was a BMW 5-series and the car has had no issues for 6 months and couldn't be happier. They have a great selection of automobiles and I recommend anyone who is looking for a used vehicle to visit this elite dealership.

I send an email through the website and Cars.com and no one replied. I then called to asked about a Porche for sale and the salesperson had no desire to answer a few questions. I explained I would be driving more than 3 hours for the car and would most likely buy it as long as it was in great condition. He didnt give me any reassurances whatsoever. He sounded like he was in a rush and because of this lack of caring, I will not spend my money here.

After going to local Audi, Mercedes, and BMW dealerships, I stopped by Highline Imports in Easton, The showroom was immaculate with high quality used cars, many one owner cars with low mileage. The whole process was extremely professional. No high pressure salesmen here, just a few car enthusiasts that offer great cars at a fair price. A pleasure to work with this establishment,
