I found the dealership online, very good experience once we got there. Vincente was knowledgeable and very helpful.

**⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 star** Total bait-and-switch. I filled out the purchase information directly through the GMC website and received pricing and deal terms tied to **Hiley Buick GMC in Fort Worth**. Based on that information, I spent the time following up, only to be told the dealership would not honor the price that was provided. This was a complete waste of time. Advertising one price online and then backing away from it once a customer engages is the definition of bait-and-switch. If the dealership has no intention of honoring GMC’s online pricing, they shouldn’t allow it to be presented in the first place. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a straightforward or honest buying experience. 1

Buyer Beware!!! The price advertised on their website is not the price they will sell for. Even though they spend lots of time and space to show you an advertised price you must look for the not so obvious grey disclaimer that states that the dealer sets the final price and that addon's and fees are not included. And they are significant amounting to thousands more than the advertised price. Hiley immoral and should be illegal. Same old stuff that makes buying a car so distasteful and sadly gives dealers the bad reputation they have earned.

Norman did a good job with the sale and demonstration of my vehicle. Pricing arranged by Brian was attractive. There were some challenges with finance and registration but nothing major.

My car buying experience was great. Edwin my salesman was awesome. He answered all of our questions. Was easy to deal with and made the car buying process painless. Did an amazing job on the walk around and delivery making sure to set up my phone, GMC app and demonstration all the features before leaving the lot. Ron in finance was great as well. Had routine service done on my truck. The staff does a great job of keeping you informed of their progress. Staff is very friendly and the service doesn?t take long.

Service is Awesome very polite and knowledgeable to help out.. really like the video of inspection of your vehicle explaining conditions of it.
