Good quality service on the motor oil change.

Good quality service on the motor oil change. The area where the service team places the reminder sticker on the windshield was Very smudged. Sticker is not necessary anyway!

I have been using hiley Buick for all my auto needs for 8 years it’s hard for me to make appointments due to busy schedules. They always are able to squeeze me in. The staff is alway kind and polite I appreciate everyone there in making my life easier without even knowing and I love my envision

Chris Pingel helped me with a 2023 CT4-V Blackwing and

Chris Pingel helped me with a 2023 CT4-V Blackwing and was nothing short of awesome. I must have been one of his more difficult customers as I constantly asked questions that I trust were difficult yet Chris was patient with me and educated me on things I just didn’t know. While we didn’t strike a deal (blaming it on my wife!), I will look to this dealer again in the future!

J was an excellent and very accommodating salesperson. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he was prompt on getting an answer for us. He was up front and genuine with us the whole time we were there. Have spoken very positively with friends about our visit and business with Hiley GMC/ Buick. Will be back for further business!

I always have a good experience with Hiley's service. The staff are knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and friendly. The video "walkthrough" is extremely helpful. It gives you a good grasp of the state of your vehicle and what repairs or maintenance are needed and what is in good shape.

This dealership, and my salesman Chris Pingel specifically, went above and beyond to help me purchase my vehicle quickly and easily. He went to extra lengths to help me keep my Christmas surprise gift a secret. He even located a second fob, which is unusual for a pre-owned vehicle. I am very happy with the overall experience!
