We bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from them and ever since

We bought a 2019 Hyundai Tucson from them and ever since then it hasn’t been a great vehicle since it was purchase we’ve had to put it back in their shop multiple times because the vehicle goes into limp mode meaning that it won’t go over 25 mph, they say it’s fixed then a few weeks late it happens again. We put back in shop after waiting months then to provide a rental since it’s my parents only means of transportation with my disabled brother who has cerebral palsy. Now they are wanting to say we need to pay them $500 for a possible fix even though it has warranty. They need to make this right. So please I am asking the community to come together and speak out against shady dealerships not standing behind their product.

I bought my very first new vehicle, a 2017 Santa Fe Sport, from Randy White. Then last month I traded my 2017 Santa Fe for a new 2021 Santa Fe Hybred and I love it! The gas mileage is awesome! Once again from Randy White. He is a great-no pressure salesman and I would recommend him to anyone!!

Not even worth a 1 star rating. Salesman Octavius is a...

Not even worth a 1 star rating. Salesman Octavius is a liar & deceitful. Dealership is as joke. Drove 2 hours to buy a car & was told it was sent to auction. We were even in contact within 20 mins of arriving. Salesman kept saying car was there. GM was a joke and said "sorry". Wow!!!! Keep your money and shop elsewhere unless you like to waste your time, be lied to, and still not get a car!

Great car buying experience

Had a great experience purchasing a new Santa Fe from Carter County Hyundai. Came late on a Friday night and they were extremely friendly and happy to have us look without any sense of rush. Came back the next day and they had the cars we wanted to look at again pulled up and ready to go for us. The paperwork/finance portion was the most efficient and easy going that I've ever had purchasing a car. Met everyone from our great salesman to the owner of the dealership. Octavius and Camron were super to work with as was the general manager. Never felt like they were pressuring or misleading us. Would definitely return for next purchase.

Great car buying experience

Great experience worth the 90 mile drive to avoid the gimicky local dealers. Purchased new Santa Fe. Everyone from salesman to owner of dealership introduced themselves and were very friendly. Felt no pressure. Gave us a great price and the actual paperwork/buying experience the most efficient and easy I've ever had. Octavius and Camron were great. Would definitely buy from this dealership again.

Best car buying experience ever

My wife and I have bought over 20 cars in our lifetime, this purchase was the best and painless ever. The manager James Bollman makes sure that deal is handled correctly. Best dealership that that you can find in the Texoma area.

New Elantra

Wife and I bought our second Elantra from Carter Hyundai. We wouldnt go any where else. The vehicle we bought wasn't at the dealership so they did a dealer swap. And the vehicle was delivered to us 40 miles away where we live. James was awesome in helping us find just what we wanted. Anjelica was our sales lady. Awesome great experience as always from Carter Hyundai

Amazing transaction!!!

So I was just “entertaining” buying the car. I found exactly what I was looking for on their website and contacted them and literally was completely effortless from test drive to signature on final purchase agreement! They really take care of their customers! I would recommend them to anyone!

Love my car.

Cameron made sure I had an appointment with someone before I made the trip to the dealership. Mike made sure that I was taken care of throughout the process, paper signing, and features of my car.

Greatest experience

It was so pleasant from start to finish. I came in knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted and they made it happen for me. I appreciate the hard work and will definitely visit again in the future.
