Simply lied to me
Horrible customer service when related to their mistake. Car I've bought from them was not working properly. They didn't want to compensate for almost two month of my struggle to fix the car (they had to offer that to me). I'm glad that car had manufacturer warranty (It is still not completely fixed). But what if it didn't? (It would cost me at least $5000 to fix it) Technically they lied to me that car works properly. I would suggest to all buyers - DO NOT TRUST THEM. If you are buying a car from them, find somebody who will inspect the car. Or rely on luck. I trusted them and got screwed! Highly disappointed.
Very Professional and Honest Dealership
I was very impressed by how professional and courteous their sales representatives were. From the first email i received in response to my inquiry, professionalism was without a doubt one of their priorities. Since I lived almost 2 hours away, i called to ensure the vehicle i sought was still available. They held the vehicle for me as i made the drive down. Their facility was immaculate, both sales persons i encountered were very friendly and talkative. This was the 3rd C-Class Mercedes my family has bought, so we know the cars pretty well. The sales person was very honest in reference to the car's condition. I brought the car back home and had it inspected by a certified Mercedes mechanic and the car checked out great. Overall, very pleased.

The people in Enzo were very respectful, they have a clean facility and clean cars. I and my wife bought a Mercedes c300 and we had a great experience.
