Worst experience EVER with a company

I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I never had such a horrible experience with a business before. Set an appointment for 3 weeks out and dropped my vehicle off, I then get the vehicle back and my car has not actually been fixed. I tried to bring it back for them to fix it and they tell me I need to wait another 3 weeks for an appointment after I already paid. I said my car should have already been fixed and you need to drop everything and fix mine first since your mechanic clearly didn’t do his job right the first time. They finally said bring it back in and it sat for almost three weeks and they didn’t even look at it. I called 7 times and they would just leave the phone on hold and never come back when I asked about the status. On top of that my vehicle is. 4 cyl and they only changed 3 spark plugs when it had 4 spark plugs. Staff is unfriendly, workers are inadequate and incompetent, I could care less how busy you are. You take care of your projects you committed to fixing before moving on to other projects. Our pharmaceutical company leases 100’s of Ford vehicles, I will make sure they are aware of Ford’s unethical and inefficient servicing process when renewing leases : )
