I went to this dealership cash ready, looking to buy an Audi Q5 2010 Premium Plus Quattro. When I called I was directed to a salesmen named Chris who at first was very nice and he assured me the car I was looking at was in great condition and that he would have it ready for me when I came in. When I got there Chris had not arrived yet, and his co-workers were very rude. I asked if I could see the car while we waited for him to come in and they said that it was in the body shop getting the bumper replaced and that Chris didn't know what he was talking about because he does not work at the body shop. When chris finally showed up, he showed no urgency and took his time to make himself coffee. I then asked for the car Fax report, and he at first acted as if he didn't understand what I was saying. After a long while on the computer he provided me with an outdated Autocheck report, which did not explain why the car would need to have it's back bumper replaced. After all of this I still wanted to see the car, but to my dismay they said it would not be ready until the afternoon, which would have required me to wait two hours. When I was leaving Chris did not say goodbye and he acted as if I was not there. Overall the establishment looked very unprofessional and it was a very bad experience. When something is to good to be true, I have found that it is to good to be true.

These guys were phenomenal. Came in to look at a G35x and left with it the next day. Process was straighforward and easy. My last car buying experienece was 6 hours at a Mazda dealer. This was the complete opposite of that nightmare. Stand up group and would highly recommend to anyone. Can't thank them enough!
