Excellent sales representative, great experience.
I found your sales representative Mike Marshall to be very knowledgeable (when he had to he found out an answer), to be extremely polite and genuinely interested in making a "deal" that appeared correct for both parties. He really listened well to my input and tried very hard to provide me with the automobile I was looking for. Also had a great experience with Ed Hessert and the gentleman that handled the closing papers. All were very personable, friendly and not over bearing. GREAT EXPERIENCE and also felt I received a very "fair" deal on my new Enclave

Great experience all around
I brought my Buick Regal in for the inspection and oil change. The staff there was very thorough about everything that needed to be done for my car so it was up to code for my lease. The staff also was very good about explaining the work needed and the price for what was needed. I would recommend Peruzzi's dealerships to anyone.

great service and comfortable waiting area
The service department is excellent and customer service staff are very friendly. I gave #2 a 7 because I was not totally satisfied with my salesman. I was there from approximately 3p.m. until 7p.m.-- it was dark when i left. Four hrs was entirely too long to make a decision if I was eligible to purchase the vehicle. There was also a disagreement as to what my trade-in was worth--I still believe my vehicle was worth more than I received and it took 3 men personnel to come to a decision--which in my world indicates a problem as to what my vehicle was actually worth.

Peruzzi Service
well I received my first onstar diagnostic report it reported a recall,so I followed the instructions to make appointment and made appointment for next day.However the dealership never received the appointment. Also asked me if I would need a rental or shuttle service? How would I know if they don't say what the recall was? Anyway they did my service for me anyway. In and out in 20 minutes, couldn't ask for more

Recommended Service Provider
After purchasing a car, one of the most important relationships you form (as a car owner) is the relationship with your mechanic. As a former technician, I know that there are unique insights and a track record of informed experience that you can only find with a dealer. That puts a great deal of cards in the car dealer's hands. But, when that dealer lays out his hand without your asking, and is forthcoming, communicates well, and is willing to work with you- you know you have someone you want to work with. As a former Nissan owner, I experienced this with Gil Peruzzi at the Nissan Dealership. Now that I'm a GM owner, I've ventured over to the GMC dealership (in the Peruzzi family) and I'm pleased to report, that the same level of high quality service, and honest, clear and concise communication is present. This is all from my first visit. Having worked in a similar trade for 7+ years, I'd say that I can size up a shop pretty quickly. With that, I plan on returning to Peruzzi GMC for future maintenance and repairs.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT
My vehicle was in for a oil change and air bag recall. The estatmated time was 3 hours. I was offerted a shuttle ride home which I took advantage of. I received a call that my vehicle was done and they would send the shuttle to pick me up. I hung up the phone and looked out and the shuttle was there. After getting my paper work done I was told my vehicle would be brought around front for me. I walked to the door and there the driver was with my vehicle. How great was that.
