Chris was very nice, no pressure to buy, answered questions with with no added bull. Would not negotiate on price but his price was very fair. Very honest experience for a car dealership.

Seemed to be very honest and forthright. Had the exact car we wanted a a good price. Paperwork process was a little long, but overall a good experience.

If you are looking for a preowned automobile and if you do not check out Mcminn Motors first you will miss an outstanding purchasing experience. The vehicle we purchased was represented accurately and I just can't believe the quality we got in a preowned automobile at a very fair price. I looked at other automobiles that were on the lot and every one of them looked liked they just came off of a new car showroom. During the purchasing experience there was no pressure, they were more like consultants that were matching my needs to the automobile that best suited me. I just can't adequately explain how positive this experience was for my wife and me. If you are in the market for an automobile its worth the drive and you will be well taken care of by caring folks.

I had very specific requirements for my replacement vehicle with respect to cost and safety features. I had previously done online research and had narrowed my car choice to either a 2017 - 2018 Honda Pilot Touring or a 2017 - 2018 Toyota Highlander limited. They demonstrated their professionalism and industry knowledge throughout the process. Within 10 days they had located a potential candidate that appeared to meet my criteria. They first insisted on doing an inspection and hands-on evaluation. The car met or exceeded my every criterion and was under budget, I could not be more pleased. It was a pleasure interfacing with the Dealership personnel, they kept me in the loop as the search progressed. My family has purchased several cars from McMinn Motors and we have yet to experience any disappointment. We were pleased with our buy with McMinn Motors. They were super nice and I din't get the feeling I was being manipulated like I do at large car dealerships. They were having a super busy day and we did have a hard time getting them to fax information to the bank while we were waiting. Other than that, they were great.
