Versatile Collection

I was struggling to find a 2012 BMW 740i in my home state of North Carolina and Norris did a fantastic job of finding exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying it sight unseen, which was a concern at first, but Norris knew exactly what I wanted and when it was delivered it met all my expectations. Great personal service and I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for used car.

We have purchased two cars from Norris in the past 6 months. A Panamera and BMW 750i. We are very pleased with this company. I'm very funny about used car companies. We usually buy our cars from a dealership. I am very impressed with Versatile Collections. After our son bought a 750i last fall and we saw what a good experience he had with Versatile we started to view their website in search for a good used car. Norris is very knowledgeable about cars and will lead you in the right direction to fit your needs and budget. That's why we where back to purchase another one 4 months later. I highly recommend Versatile Collections.

We are a Local dealership in Memphis and we seen a car online posted to Craigslist we contacted the seller and dealt with the used car Manager Patrick, he was upfront honest and told us about dings and scratches that we did not see in the pics or know was there before we got the car, he even took pics with his cell phone and sent them. This was extremely important since we purchased this car sight unseen, and the customer was super picky. We even called after hours he was available, we call when he was off at the barbershop he was available, we called him at lunch he was available...super guy! we have done several dealer to dealer purchases and this was by far the easiest and most pleasant transaction thanks Patrick and Versatile Collection

Me and my husband went by Versatile Collection last Wednesday at meet with the Salesman name Ali. Before showing us a car he interrogated us with a million questions. It felt like a interrogation, we buy cars every 2-3 years so we know the basic line of questioning but this was very unorthodox. Then after seeing a add online for a Hyundai Genesis he tells us his "manager" made a mistake and it's $2000 more then the advertised price. I will be contacting the BBB and auto trader about false advertising. Then when we called him out on it he begun to be arrogant and angry. Not too mention we called before coming in and confirmed the price. We were ready to buy since I been looking at the car all day and had my husband take off work early just so we can get the car. We did end up buying a car that day from another dealer who does not play bait and switch games. Versatile Collection did have a Very nice location, very nice selection of cars, but needs a better sales staff. We choose them because of all the positive reviews online SORRY but we can not say the same. Stay far away from Versatile Collection in Roswell and Ali cause they will try to pull a fast one on you and rip you off.

All the information on the cars were available via VIN and CarFax. I drove a couple cars and took one while my wife and I had dinner. We discussed the purchase and went back to Versatile. About an hour later I was driving home in a almost new 2013 Lexus GS 350 AWD. Great price for the car. I heard they are moving up the road. They need to because the storage is tight less one car.

I went to all the car dealerships in this area and was most happy with Patrick and Versatile Collection. Negotiations were tuff but Patrick helped me realize i was being unreasonable, he was not pushy but he was firm and willing to explain the market, the auctions and payments. They have a variety of used cars at reasonable prices. The employees are nice and had me out with my car fast. they financed me and Patrick even helped me take care of my Insurance!!!

I went to see what kind of deal I could get on a Lexus ES 350. I knew exactly what I wanted. I was ready to negotiate but willing to leave at first sign of any BS. Patrick, our salesman, was awesome!! Not only did he not play games, he was honest, thorough, and quick. He took the stress out of buying a vehicle. I love my car and would definitely recommend Patrick to my friends!!

I called to inquire about a Lexus IS 250, I was told by Frank that it was still available. I went to the dealer less than 30 minutes from speaking with him. When I arrived there was no energy or excitement. So he showed me the car, did not tell me anything about it, just gave me the keys to take a spin. He did not even ask for my license or insurance. What tha??? The dealership was cluttered and only had one way driveways. Seems like they may need a new location. The car was nice but was dirty and the radio did not work. I have been purchasing cars all my life and this was the first salesman that I encountered that was not persistent or eager to help. I don't know maybe he was having a bad day-:(.

I love this place!! I have gotten 2 cars from here. The staff is really friendly and work with you to get what you want. Nooris went above and beyond to get my Hyundai Veloster. I looked at several other places but no one compared to Versatile Collection. They got me the car in the time frame I needed it and in the price range I was looking for. They went out of their way to take care of everything I needed. I have recommended this place to my friends and would recommend it to everyone. Best deals and awesome staff!
