This dealership has given my husband and son the worst customer service I have seen in my lifetime. I feel that it is my obligation to warn anyone whom... is considering purchasing a vehicle from this establishment, to PLEASE RECONSIDER. The disingenuous manager, Brenda, was truly a nightmare to work with after my sons car was in need of repair within a month of purchase. Apart from the endless amount of phone calls and utter lack of communication, we will be towing this vehicle ELSEWHERE for repair. It is truly saddening that there are people like this running a “business”. Shameful.
I will respond since I will not be bullied or threatened by a customer for not getting their way on a repair which was damage caused by your son's dri...ving of his Focus ST. I believe your husband's comment was "I will destroy you on social media and etc." after he was told we would not cover a motor that your son exploded. It doesn't matter whether a customer puts on 1500 or 25000 miles...if a vehicle's motor shows it was put under strain and exploded it by his handling of it...NO - thats not under warranty. In regards to "communications" with your husband...when the unit was towed down...he was told it would be several weeks due to back up in our repair shop of previously scheduled customer units before we could even get it in to look at it. So, we did not call until the unit was checked even though your husband checked in every couple of days. The team and I take great pride in our customer service and how the dealership has been here since 1916. So, I think we are doing something right for our customers. But, like I said - I won't be bullied or threatened. Take care, Brenda
Cannot thank Jim Purington enough for the amazing service today when buying my 2014 Ford Escape. I always dread the car buying process and Jim made it... easy. Called ahead and 5 minutes before my apt time he was waiting at the door for me with a smile and handshake with the car I was interested in ready to go! No pressure salesman and couldn't ask for better. I shopped out of town and just couldn't beat the small-town feel of Bailey Brothers. Jim bent over backwards for me, answered every question I had and let me try the vehicles I wanted with no pressure on decisions. Thank you so very much!!! loving my new ride :)
We just bought our 5th company vehicle from Bailey's and my dad has bought 7 personal vehicles from Bailey's/Bowen Brothers over the last 40 years. (And... there might be a few more he forgot, old brains don't tend to remember everything.) Bailey's has always had great customer service. When Jim hasn't been able to get the exact vehicle we've wanted he's been willing to order or pull one from another dealer. They've made the buying process as painless as it can be. Thanks for the great service over the years guys! Us small town businesses have to stick together!
I went to Baileys to get a used car to get back in forth to work because I had bought a 2014 Escape Before and loved it but gave it to my mom to use while... i was looking for a job, now that i have found a job i needed a car that i knew had great mileage and i knew i liked. Jim is one of the nicest guys i have met at a Car dealer ship, If he sees someone out in the lot he immediately comes out to ask if he can help, unless he is currently with a customer. Baileys has helped my Family get Three cars and have all our trust!!
