I place a call to the dealership to verify they had the two vehicles I was looking at online prior to making the drive. Once I arrived the two options were up front and clean. Jordan Kilburg was my sales associate, Jordan was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful of the time frame I had to work with for the day. Within two hours I was well on my way home with a great truck, exalfry what I came there for and still pleased a week later. Small town dealership with great compassion and consideration for the customer. Keep up the great work!

What a great experience, I’ve been buying cars for over 20 yrs and this was the top rated experiences from start to finish! The team at Brad Deery was helpful in the best ways possible! They followed up without being pushy which is what I dread when car buying. They all listened and didn’t approach me things I never mentioned! We didn’t have to go back and forth with numbers outside of my budget, which I also appreciated! I live about an hour and 20 minutes away and they didn’t skip a beat when I said I needed a ride to their location. The ride was pleasant and complimentary! For such a small town dealership, they definitely packed a punching! Alisha was the icing on the cake! Very down to earth and good spirited, everyone was! Last but not least, I wasn’t there for a billion hours…car was in front of the building, went for a test drive, scanned my documents and a few signed documents later I was out the door and back home before sundown! Found a vehicle on Cars.com...Inquired as to vehicle availability with dealership on a Sunday evening. Dealer rep contacted me early Monday morning. The sales rep was timely in responses, highly detailed and easy to work with throughout the buying process. The Finance rep was accommodating as well and explained the pricing breakdown in detail.

I didn't have much conversation with the person but I am wondering if they know why the truck smokes so bad, what is causing it ?
