Bought a car after a rain. Didn’t see the paint problems, after finding the problems the sales manager said call your insurance company. Also, sales person... said we could get the code for the car no problem, now it will take 3 hours to get the code.
I drove almost 4 hours to buy a car from this dealership, because they had the exact model, color & options I was looking for. But most of all, they were... super nice and provided everything I've requested for over the phone, email & texts leading up to the purchase date. Their honesty and dedication convinced me it's worth the drive to pick up my car at a great price and quality. It was the easiest and smoothest car buying experience I have ever had...thanks to Eric (Sales Mgr), Mike (Sales Rep) and Keith (Internet Sales Director). Even the owner (Matt) was very friendly and helpful in finalizing the deal. I highly recommend this this dealership and its people. My fiancé was looking at a vehicle from this dealership and had been talking and dealing with them for two days working on getting paperwork together.... He was working in Maquoketa and my car was back home with me. He was planning on driving an 1 1/2 one way to grab my car for them to test drive the next day so we could finalize everything and make the purchase. They sold the vehicle 1/2 an hour before he got off work to come in and get the purchase agreement. There is no loyalty anymore when it comes to buying a vehicle. Highly disappointed in these people.
Friendly staff. Didn’t pester us as soon as we drove on to the lot. Website was super easy to navigate on. Recommended a little mom and pop diner to wast... while we thought about our purchase. Called the next week just ask how the new car was. Cody Kerner was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.
When we bought out first truck we were assured that the rust on the cab corners would be fixed because if it wasn't going to we would not have bought the... truck. when it came time to getting it fixed the claim was denied. being the dealership informed us at time of purchase it was going to be fixed they said they would fix it and give us 400 dollars back for the warranty we had bought. when we got the truck back from them fixing it the truck looked awful and was not fixed in any way. they just painted over the rust didn't even take the box off like you are to do when fixing the cab corners. we called and said we were not happy and they were putting in another claim and that took months and just herd back that that got denied to so now we have to keep dealing with this and figure out the next step. we payed a lot of money for this truck for them to not stand buy there word. not to mention they do not communicate with people very well. we had to drive up there a few times one to pick up a check and it wasn't even there when they said it would be and another time to pick the truck up because they said it was done and when getting there it wasn't. so 40 min drives were waisted. we were going to get another vehicle for myself there but after this we will never buy another from them.
Over all good business, onnasty very nice person. Making sure everything is all ready for my car. Going above for customer happyness. Mike rickersen very... polite person, no pressure in buying, listen to me.
I shopped a couple of months, kept seeing their listings in my range, got exactly what I was looking for after a 40 minute drive!
I bought a vehicle from them they had in stock for a while. "Probably a reason it hasn't sold" a friend told me. I drove it in February. Seemed fine. Then... warmer weather revealed the reason it hadn't sold- bad shocks. EXPENSIVE shocks. They didn't disclose this to me. Additionally an Acura dealer diagnosed this problem a full year prior, and it wasn't fixed. So I found out later it costs $3800 to remedy this problem. The owner claimed he "didn't do business this way" and suggested he cared, but in the end offered me NO compromise for this problem. Shame on me for not having it inspected, I guess. But you shouldn't you think have to do that. I made several efforts at being compensated by them for this, but the owner basically told me he didn't care. I would AVOID this dealershp and the other Warthan dealerships.
The salesman was great. All my questions were answered professionally and I felt no pressure. He accomodated my special requests and followed up with to... let me know the status of my car during the manufacturing process. I plan to return the next time I need a car.
