The worst mistake of my life was letting you shove a piece of your garbage off on me. You never did anything to correct the problems. Once you got my money and got me out the door you could have cared less. I could have gone up the road to WalMart and bought a Barbie jeep a lot cheaper and a lot nicer for a lot less money.

worst mistake of my life was getting a car from these horrible people. they sold me the biggest lemon that has been on a car lot. should have gone to wal mart and bought a barbie jeep. it would have been a lot cheaper and a lot nicer.they took advantage of me and never did a thing about it . they do not care.

Wonderful experience!!

I recently went to Collier Ford. I showed up a few minutes before they were to close, but Mr Byron Taylor was extremely pleasant regardless. He was extremely fair in pricing, trustworthy, considerate, and easy to work with. I plan to use his dealership for my car maintenance. I am extremely picky as to whom I recommend, but I recommend him without reservation.

Best Ford Dealer in Alabama

Back in 2011 we purchased a new Ford Escape. For 6 years it was an awesome vehicle and was serviced at Collier Ford on a regular basis. The Escape was in great condition when we traded due in large part to Collier service dept. I highly recommend the service dept and sales staff at Collier. Very professional. Because of our personal experience over the years with this dealership, we decided to purchase another new vehicle this month...2017 Ford Explorer XLT. Jay Collier has always gone above our expectations in helping us find the right vehicle for a fair price. He is always a pleasure to work with and I feel anyone who gives him the chance will feel the same. I can't say enough good things about this dealership and their service dept who has always maintained our vehicle in a professional and courteous manner. They have never tried to persuade unnecessary repairs and always been helpful with any questions or concerns we have had. Collier ford is highly recommended to anyone searching for an honest dealer of high integrity.

DO NOT BUY FROM COLLIER FORD IN WETUMPKA, AL!!!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM COLLIER FORD IN WETUMPKA, AL!!!! Several years ago I purchased a 2010 Ford F-150 from Collier Ford in Wetumpka, Al. Shortly after I purchased the truck the rocker arm broke and damaged the cam shaft. After that was repair I was on a trip in the truck and the engine completely shut off while driving on the interstate. After I got the vehicle back I had to replace the wiring harness for the fuel pump. After this repair I began having smaller problems with the truck to include the backup camera not working. I spoke to them in detail about the problems and asked that they look for me another vehicle. I never received any phone calls from anyone at Collier. Yesterday I saw a 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 on their lot and ended up purchasing the vehicle to replace my Ford. As soon as I left the lot I went up the street and filled up with gas. While I was there I noticed that my phone would not link with the UConnect in the truck. I was instructed to take the truck to the Dodge Dealer in Tallassee, AL which I did today. They told me that it was going to cost $600 to $1,500 to repair. Needless to say Collier Ford would not pay for the repair and wanted me to pay for it. I immediately drove the vehicle back to Collier and got my Ford back. If you do purchase a vehicle at Collier you do so at your own risk because they do not back their vehicles. DO NOT BUY FROM COLLIER FORD IN WETUMPKA, AL!!!!!

30,000 Mile Service

I was needed to have the work done quickly and the Service Dept worked with me to schedule the appointment early. They were so friendly and helpful and completed my service sooner than I expected so that I could leave town. I really appreciate them helping me out.

Good service

Needed new spring on my gas access door. Had the part in stock and offered to replace immediately. 30 minutes later I'm on the road again. Can't beat that service with stick.

Customer Service

I liked the salesman (Kenny) and all he did to help with the purchase of our vehicle. He went over all of the features and explained how they worked. Jay made the purchase agreements understandable and explained what to do next.
