Exactly one month ago, I was in the market for a Mercedes Benz CLA 250 and they had one. It was the right price, the right color, the right mileage. I... didn't call before hand to set up an appointment, but that didn't make a difference. I was made immediately comfortable by Marvin. He introduced himself and put me at ease. My sales expert, Dave, was frigging awesome. He knew so much about the car. When I wasn't sure if I wanted it or not (at first I was underwhelmed), he had me test drive a BMW 320i for a comparison. I still wasn't convinced, so Marvin suggested I take it home overnight. Everyone agreed and of course, I fell in love with it. I traded in a car and they gave me a fair market value. I did come with my own financing so it made the transaction totally smooth. 2 weeks after I had the car, Dave called me to see if I was still in love and to check on me. He also reminded me that I can bring it there for servicing. This was the easiest and smoothest process I have ever had when buying a car. Everyone here is wonderful and I will always come here. I had my Buick LACrosse serviced with a oil change. I like it because they go through the whole car. That way i know if anything is wrong with it. If so... I can get it fixed. They rotate the tires and the best part they will wash it for you and you go out with a clean car. Everyone their is so friendly and helpful,it makes you feel like you belong their. I bought it at Dave Sinclair in St. Peters back in 2008.They have taken care of it ever since.They have records on it and they know what it needs.......

I bought a 2014 Ford Explorer this week and I am very satisfied with the purchase. I would like to thank Adam Stead, my salesman - Mike Lautner, the Finance... Manager and Terry Overkamp, the General Manager for the OUTSTANDING SALES AND SERVICE they provided. The day after I picked up the car I had a problem with the air conditioner. Adam, Mike and Terry worked as a team to resolve the problem. Terry provided a loaner car and went the extra mile to complete the repair in 1 day.
Service was performed to my fullest satifaction. Personnel were very reactive to my needs.
Great Experience. Loaner vehicle was perfect, total wait time to check in and pick up was less than 30 minutes!!

The process was Quick and seemless..some negotiation discrepancies..ie one person said one thing( my sales lady)..then the head guy not wanting to sign... off on what was discussed and agreed upon..but it was rectified. I think these same people are no longer there.
