One year anniversary of Glenn Sain Ford telling me my thermostat needed to be replaced. I have been driving with that bad thermostat for one year with absolutely no problems. I still don't know if they were going to replace a perfectly good thermostat or say they did and charge me, but they never admitted what they did or tried to apologize. Don't trust them.
