Link Ford and RV Minong

I went in for the works service and a complaint about steering wander on my 08 Merc Grand Marque. Brian told me no real issues everything was tight.Tire rotation on helped solve the issue.He finished up in a little over an hour. Always great service at Links in Minong.

They did what they promised, when they promised at the price they promised. That rates high in my book.

Because of the best customer related service of my 2017 Ford F350 from the service manager, service writer and mechanics, I knew it was in my best interest to try and purchase my next vehicle from this location. I just purchased a 2024 Ford F250 because of the positive experience dealing with the general manager. This great experience continued with the rest of the sales personnel from ease of closing to going over the features of my new truck.

Fast friendly service that didn't break the bank. Got right in. Clean waiting room. They said an hour and it was. Ford parts and fixed right. I will use them I the future.

I came in to replace three wheel bering, the staff were welcoming, polite, and the price was affordable ( I even ended up $5 to the good lol). Honestly, if I had more money I would have gladly tipped the staff for their professionalism!! My car hasn't sounded this good (the noise from 3 faulty berings can get mind numbing ) for a while!! Not only do they take down negative reviews they ignore the problem. Brought our car in for oil change was told the car needed back breaks. The price was high so we shopped around to find no breaks needed.

I have 2 Ford vehicles that are serviced by Link Ford. On this trip I scheduled an oil change and completion of a recall on my 2016 Edge. Bob, the service manager, is very knowledgeable and a great people person. His scheduling of service, and his knowledge of timing is impeccable. I have used Link Ford since 2016 on both vehicles. It is a great service center!
