I called Dylan in service for a new battery installation.

I called Dylan in service for a new battery installation. He said they were booked but had an opening with their mobile unit. Within a few minutes the mobile came and replaced the battery and necessary programming. I did not realize they had such a service and greatly appreciated Dillan for suggesting this. Thank you

Great, My salesperson was the best.

Great, My salesperson was the best. The finance manager was low pressure. It was a very good experience. So far the truck is awesome and I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Salesman Bill Bailey. Bill was friendly, helpful and inquired as to what vehicle I was interested in. He was responsive and obtained the keys to the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. After the test drive, I decided to proceed with the purchase. The process was seamless and quick.

Appears no initial QA or test drive was conducted after

Appears no initial QA or test drive was conducted after brakes and rotors replacement. Currently being informed there are other problems with the vehicle that were never itemized when initial assessment conducted. Recommend greater attention to detail. On one other occasion technician damaged parts, but they were eventually replaced free of charge.

Bill Bailey is awesome, he knew what I wanted before I even got to the dealership! Bill had the perfect car waiting for me when I got there and that was it no other car needed. Jared worked the numbers and we were sold. The entire team at Crossroads Ford Sanford is amazing! Wouldn?t go anywhere else!
