Spoke to salesman Michael Waters multiple times about a very nice 2014 F-150 that was for sale. He was very accommodating and pleasant to deal with in... retrieving information about the vehicle. Afterwards, I felt like the vehicle was worth the 6 hour one way drive to check it out in person so my uncle and I drove there the next day. Michael had the vehicle waiting for us when we arrived and after looking it over and test driving it, I decided the purchase it. The price was fair and the paperwork, etc. with the friendly and informative sales manager, Jared Johnston was very quick and painless. From the time that we drove up to the dealership to the time we left with the vehicle even including Michael having it cleaned up and a full tank of gas put in it, we were only there for 1.5 hours! Shortest amount of time that I have ever spent at any dealership when purchasing a new or used vehicle. Thank you both greatly and my daughter loves her "new" truck!

The service department has always been there after the sale. The service department will make or break the dealerships. Knowing that you can get your car... fixed with out worries that it will be done right. If there is no problem they let you know that too and not try to sell you service you don?t need.

Very pleased with overall dealership. Salesman (Aaron Smith) was terrific. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Only issue was with the paperwork involved... in transferring the license plate (I live in Florida) - slow, sloppy, not done well at all. On my return to Florida, after almost a month, I still have not received new registration papers (as of this writing). Have had to go to Florida license registrar to get help, and still do not have updated registration (technically driving with an unregistered license plate. ) Dealer's 3rd party registration people are VERY unprofessional.

We were looking for a used Ford Flex Limited . Crossroads Ford in NC advertised a 2018 with everything we were looking for and would accept our trade-in... (which was in showroom condition, just as they required) Unfortunately their standards were much lower for their vehicles. They gave us the rookie sales person, which is fine but they claimed that any questions, descrepancies, or problems we had were our fault and we had to prove that they were lying and that the car was advertised correctly and any questions were answered by someone with little experience. So we ended up with only one key that works, no towing package or luggage rack, a loose windshield that had been replaced by them and a non-working rear window control. The car was not cleaned to showroom condition, many of the cupholders were full of old food and grime. And no cooperation from the dealership.
Very good service. Went the extra mile to get my truck repaired.
