Memaw

Pleasant, non pushy salesman when we bought our fusion. I had to go back for help to navigate the info on the computer system but they were gracious and understanding. We were shopping for a used car in Sept of 2020, but a new car had a better deal that late in 2020. Very happy

Crossroads Ford of Sanford, NC 27330

I love my car, but I had to take it back several times. They fix one thing and something else happens as soon as I leave the dealership. It makes me think someone is doing something wrong. Bought the car new in 2018, it doesn't have but 21296 miles and I have spent approx. $685.00 on repairs. I do thank Ford for helping me with repairs. We are a true blue Ford family.

Recent Recall repairs, customer since 1 July 1994

I have been going to Sanford Ford since 1 July 1994. I have done all things purchased vehicles repairs etc and have only had two issues one years ago they could not align the front end on my dually and just recent had a recall Notice on airbag for my 2006 Ranger and we took in for there inspection or change and after returning my Cruse Control does not work anymore and they are wanting me to pay for something that was not my fault. I suppose to call them back next Wednesday with their compromised offer and I'm not sure cause I'm sure they just going to try and prove to me that I got to pay for the repairs for something that was caused in repair. They say it not related but it work fine when taken and did not after leaving, should just get a lawyer but not sure I may not return. Got good friends that work at this location that has always done great with me staff is very good this is just a moral or ethical issue with me on this problem. Like I'm lying.

Amazing experi nice

Great experience. COLIN was awesome. From looking for a vehicle and throughout the entire process everyone was so welcoming. No one was pushy, I really like that they let us flow at our own pace through the process.

10/10 Would break down in Sanford again

Broke down out of state, made it to The Crossroads dealership late afternoon, immediately got a diagnostic without an appointment, vehicle was fixed within 24 hours even with having to order a part. Customer service and sales team were very friendly, Miranda Ward should get a raise.

Service needed

My service traction light came on and it literally disrupted my steering. My car was hooked up to the diagnostic service. Come to find out my battery was low and needed to be replaced. It didn?t take very long and I was good to go. Great service.
